So let me get this straight, most ufo/alien believers say that Eisenhower was presented with offers from at least 2 groups of aliens. One promised to give the whole planet advanced tech that would improve all of humanity but no weapons, the other group promised to keep the same Jewish bankers and weapon manufacturers wealthier than the rest using advanced tech and weapons.
