Why majority of Heavy Metal bands dabbled into occultism? It's not like there weren't other options, and there were plenty of christian bands playing it heavy. But why Heavy Metal so desperately wanted to associate itself with the devil?

In the case of black metal that's an easy one to answer, they're depressed neopagans and use Satanic imagery to lash out at Christianity.

In terms of western metal that didn't suck and wasn't made by larpers, I can't name many Satanic acts.
Some looked Satanic, but neither Ozzy nor Black Sabbath was actually Satanic. It was just a popular theme, since normies at the time were Christians.

I guess outside of europe (honestly, who cares about europe?) it was mostly being edgy for attention.

O and one more song. Not the lyrical themes, take away name associations and heavy roars and it's basically gospel music. Part of my "gnosis" of the last few years is the realization that in a world of universal deceit, true light is veiled poetically in dark places. The video game Persona 5 is entirely about the concept and (spoiler) even ends with the protagonist integrating Satanael and destroying the Demiurge Yaldabaoth so the Japanese can be free from mental enslavement. It's alternative music, so it is found in 'the underground'. That's where you'll find anything cutting edge, and it's why very high IQ cultured people are constantly hanging around indie shows and dive bars etc. That's the pulse, and it's where you will also find the occult if you're looking for it. That's my theory anyway, I reckon there is just as much magic at a small indie show, it's just less in your face.

As for black metal specifically, the Satanic element arose first as a counterculture to American Protestant Christianity, and in Scandinavia it also took on elements of White racial identity/political nationalism. Venom and Slayer started it off in metal, but they weren't the real deal. The Scandinavian guys took what they saw and made an actual cultural movement out of it. There was a mix of posers playing around in costumes, true believers (Emperor, Satyricon) and nationalist pagans (Varg), to say there was no real occult element in Second Wave BM isn't true, it was there.

It's rather simple, new groups come along pushing the boundaries of music. Play harder, more aggressive, darker.
Beatles become rock and evolves to hard rock, heavy metal, speed metal, thrash metal, death metal to black metal.

With that comes the adoption of an image and beliefs, some taking it to its extrem like with Black metal. If you talk the talk, you have to walk the walk or you're a poser.
Added to that is reemerging archetypes from the collective unconscious, like old pagan ideas and so forth, rebellion against Christianity.

Christian metal core was HUGE for a while there, with some hands charging in the top 10 alongside whore pop like Katy Perry and auto tune nog hop. Jewish records labels first tried to poison the well by funding degen bands like Atilla and Asking Alexandria. When that failed and the degen bands started getting pulled more toward the Christian scene, the Jew record labels intentionally pulled the plug and within a couple years Warped Tour style bands went from chart toppers to intentionally suppressed sales. Labels would buy up bands in predatory contracts then refuse to promote and releases so they'd fall into obscurity; A Day to Remember is one of the few bands that managed to break out of their contract and wrote multiple songs about it. I genuinely believe the band Black magick SS had some occult power until the recent rebrand that killed the soul of their music, it had deliberately shit sound yet every song from 2015 up to the space ship album got stuck in your head and all my friends I showed the music to got really into the band and would listen to it religiously for a good couple of years.

Because satanic jews run the entertainment industry, and they promote the images and messages that benefit them. 50 years ago it was disco coke quaalude schmaltz and boomer beer and weed rock. 50 years before that it was Al Jolson and black jazz. 50 years before that, it was Tin Pan Alley.

I used to listen to Black Metal, at least some of it, because it spoke to me. Never the satanist kind, if I did, it's probably because I think it sounds good. Don't like overly edgy satanist shit and never did though, but it's inevitable to encounter it anyway. One thing I can say is that Bathory had some very good stuff, especially the albums that focused on European paganism.
