You can ask god for anything. In fact...he is listening to everything and everything...so it's a given that he is listening. If you want to ask the greater will of something then you can do it the way humans have for thousands of years...make an earnest prayer and reach out to them on a personal level.
Just because you are heard doesn't mean he will grant you your request though. God isn't your servant lol. It's quite the opposite actually... though they are a rather flexible manager. If God granted ever wish to everyone who asked for billions to die what do you think the world would look like? Seriously put yourself in their shoes imagine how annoying it would be to mediate every stupid wish from a child or someone asking to kill her ex-gfs new bf and that bf asking for that person to be killed anyways I dunno just accept things might not turn out how you want it...
But who knows maybe God will grant your request it might take 30 years though and alot of unethical genetic engineering by Elon Musk you never know...
You can ask for anything but like any responsible caretaker if your request is stupid and irresponsible it will likely be denied
