The problem is our lifetime, returning to the soul self (what we call dying) is like waking up from deep sleep, it takes a while to get back into it and the 'light trap' happened before that waking up moment.

Your best method of success is to train your discernment in life, false light is a thing and discernment would let you recognize it.
