If light is vibration and atoms are just vibration explain to me why I can't manifest instantly with my mind a gold bar?

Note I don't doubt it is not possible, it is possible yet I do not know the steps. This is not the same as me denying it. I don't deny it because everything in my life I have I thought of it at one point.

It has to do with belief but I believe as well enough as any person can. That is I imagine it in a specific location in my house on my bed. I visualize the texture, weight and look and I let it go. I intently focus on it for a period of time and let it go.

Just seems like the mechanism is hidden.

The dirt and rocks beneath me are just made up of various material like silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium, iron and all grass is mostly water and even that is carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen atoms which make up the cellulose and lignin.

Because we obviously know less today than the egyptians did about energy and manifestation and the steps to do it. Hell modern science refuses to acknolwedge the universe is conscious energy and the human body is a biomind and has its own energy field.

We dont know how our bodies work because its hidden.

you would need to know the exact frequency pure gold resonates at and specifically natural gold which is Au-197. But if you want to bring into existence something then you need to understand almost every aspect of it down to its very specific frequency at its exact form. And from there you would need to figure out what this frequency "feels" like to you to even begin to try to manifest it. You cant just imagine a gold bar you have to somehow recreate what it feels like to be a gold bar in your mind.

Every invention that has been created had to be thought first. Its self evident by the creation of many things like the lithium battery, semiconductors, circuits and stuff like the electron microscope. In my dreams a sorcerer tuned to the earth element taught me that the earth was a living breathing system with veins and arteries. He taught me that we can interface with these veins within the earth to bring minerals to the surface. I have used this technique to channel the earth within dreams, to pull stuff that I want to find out of the ground. I'm talking crystals, fossils, precious metals, stuff like that. In one of my dreams I was flying over the wilderness and wanted to find gold, and I discovered a creek and there was a bunch of gold bars in it, as if they had been placed there or buried underground and washed their during the early days of American settlement, and then lost or never recovered by their original owner.
All this has occurred in the dream space.
I think what happens, is our consciousness goes into a higher frequency, where the material world is less physical, more energetic, and then we create stuff through our interactions of consciousness there, and eventually our consciousness re condenses back into its physical form within our bodies. I don't know how to re condense the consciousness of objects other than my own being, but I do suspect that ability is possible to develop.
