I took a tab of (supposedly) ALD52 tonight and it just felt lke the whole of reality was a process and that I was going through the wringer once again. Now what ? It all seems so plastic and somehow empty. I wish I had a shoulder to cry on but it sems there's only me here at all.

For those that have done DMT do you prepare yourselves in any way before hand? I've decided to do DMT but I want to purge myself of anything negative that could influence the outcome (stop watching porn, eating meat, meditate daily)

I did it while high on multiple drugs and had a beautiful experience but you should fast from poor quality food, alcohol and drugs. All the stuff you’re doing sounds good. I never have bad trips and I’ve tripped on psychedelics more times than I could count. Others I’ve given mushrooms to haven’t always been so lucky and fasting etc has helped them. I just have a different view than most that protects me from negative entities. Mostly because I don’t give a fuck about scary thoughts or some non physical entity. I also recognize that bad trips usually teach us the most which is what I’m after.

All I do is make sure I have absolutely nothing to take care of or anything that could possibly come up in 30 minutes. No outside noises, distractions, or responsibilities. Also, go to the bathroom beforehand. Wear headphones or earplugs. Lay down or be prepared to lay down immediately after hitting. Take deep breaths and stretch out your lungs to minimize coughing (DMT is very harsh if you get it even a little too hot)

There are several type of entity experiences on DMT.

In my experience the most interesting ones are like this:

The room you're in deconstructs itself into constantly moving non-euclidian geometry that is both somehow the room you're in and is also this novel geometric environment that is constantly shifting around

The entities kind of bubble up in this geometry and are not separate from this geometry but they are part of it, as in, this geometry is both the room and the entity

They seem to be able to manipulate this environment and they will basically wave it/the geometry/themselves around in your face like they're trying to show you something. It's also slightly unsettling because you can't hear them so it's like watching a tv on mute.

For me this is almost always coupled with a judgemental feeling, like I've made a mistake, or they're like what the fuck are you doing here idiot, their faces are always like some unsettling geometric :O face. The theme is usually a clown or spaceman or space girl.

They can also appear in traditional astral forms (emerge and interact with your environment), I've met several catlike entities this way, and some of them really like mocking you (my struggle is pornography and sometimes purple space girl shows up and bends over and shows me her butt before laughing at me)

There's also the full breakthrough where you bust out of 3d reality for 15 seconds and and you're on some sort of table or bed with interdimensional mice people gathered around you like HOLY SHIT HE BROKE OUT OF THE MATRIX

Or the rainbow machine gnomes who have various tools like things that reach inside of you, or show you how to paint with God's love

Or the ones that show up in a huge group to show/tell you about the dimension of constant orgasms (where the fabric of reality is pleasure)

Or sometimes you'll get the feeling to do "just a bit more DMT" because things are going well, but it was actually a trick and suddenly you've taken too much, and you're beyond traditional entity interaction and end up with some super heavy demons that are like a pile of interdimensional Lego blocks of dread looming over and beamed right into your very essence to let you know that you fucked up majorly and your life will never be the same

Overall, Tread lightly with DMT. Like if you must, try a 20mg dose one single time and never again. Nothing practical comes from the DMT experience and once you "see" the literal circus dimension you can never "unsee" it

Your “only do dmt once” advice also doesn’t apply to me. I’ve literally been initiated by the spirits and get a free pass to do whatever my soul wants. I thought everyone had this power but after reading your fear based trips I can see we are not the same. My experiences are much more loved based and I’ve smoked way more than 20 mg’s. I get the impression that I can explore anywhere I want in that realm and they just try their best to keep me from knocking shit over.
Once I did a huge heroic dose of mushrooms and shot out of my head like my dmt trips, into outer space and I got to see the aliens manipulating humans and they got mad and angry, told me “you shouldn’t be here” I started running down the halls of their operation laughing, pushing them out of my way, shining the light of god in their faces. They backed the fuck up quick. I’m not religious though so I hold no fear of that realm. Maybe it’s my mindset and not my soul but I run that shit when I cross over. Always come back feeling refreshed too

Dmt is ruined in this generation of mankind and it will require roughly 4 generations of severance from the substance before anyone can actually benefit from it again.
It is not like mushrooms which take about an hour and a half of integration time allowing you to prepare your mental state/field. DMT works far too quickly, your mind is filled with expectation and then you are up.

It started with saliva but started to impact my shroom experiences and when I did DMT it was confirmed. They were mostly small people that would chase me and/or taunt me. I'd never entertain them and just ignore their words and actions.
This happened all before the alex jones and other schizos started bring it up too. I hope one day I can trip and not let them attack me.

Haven't had a direct meeting with one but did changa a few days ago.
I closed my eyes, i saw visuals that almost represented some kind of underwater cave, tropical, glittering light and stone. After that i remember seeing some kind of retro fluor pink / yellow background, filled with endless silhouettes of trees floating on some kind of invisible grid (banana trees?).
After that i saw what appeared to be two men made of light, holding their hands like a bowl and pushing it up, creating waves. The background seemed filled with shapes resembling gigantic pyramids (or triangles). I already slightly broke through once, seeing mandala's all iver my bed sheets, falling off the edge like a waterfall.

I had a recent family member passing and it helped me a lot to put things into place afterwards. Naturally when you experience loss, your energy channels are blocked. You don't have an appetite, things you used to enjoy seem trivial, your cooperation with people is a lot weaker, your heart bears great pain, your voice doesn't come out and your direction might be blocked, but dmt opens that up for a brief period, allowing love to replace grief, even for a short period.

What is so utterly fascinating to me is that sometimes you're not expected and sometimes not even welcomed.

I've read reports that say they break into, what can be assumed to be an entities private home, and they're like "WTF dude?" and sometimes they're like, "oh lets do this" and other times they're like "Im gonna torture you for 1000000000 years".

To be honest, those first trips with salvia and shrooms were around bad people that messed with me. I was used to cow field shrooms with beer than had 1/8 of medical and the guy I took it with out of 12 of us locked himself into his room. The first time, I went to the place typically talked about, with the running colors and the elves and stuff. But the next time I tried to go back, I was in a bad, snowy tundra like something out of Skyrim. I wandered through the snow for hours and eventually found refuge in some sort of old tower. Came back to reality and there was a large caterpillar/worm type creature on the other side of the room. Like 8-10 feet tall, and he was built like the Digimon Wormmon, or kind of like the Pokemon Scolipede. He had dark or black skin, lines of little writhing nub arms straight down his length, and he was covered in what seemed like a thousand eyes, and I could feel he was looking at me intently. He beckoned me to him so I made my way across the room and laid down next to him.
Don’t remember much else as this was a very long time ago and I haven’t crossed paths with DMT since. I don’t try to chase these things like when I was younger, I tell myself it’ll come to me when the time is right. But I still wanna know what that worms deal was.
