Coffee is a weird one...
It helps exercise which feels great for the self.
but for work and other tasks it makes you over work yourself for no reason, you still get the same pay so effort should be reflective. Work should be calm and enjoyable not hyper/harder/faster/stressed. Coffee will help your "boss/others" more than yourself.
I think coffee should be used for personal time and never for others time.
I do 1 black cup 16-20g beans in 250-350ml water out. Pour over style nothing extra added. Water + bean.
But even this might not be needed. I quit for 1 month to test and there was definitely a change but my workouts were so much worse without it.
Back on 1 black cup a day.
