Chain-Breaker is a mind virus for intelligence agencies. It works on two key principles
1. Individual members of IA are compromised by information
2. At any point in the future time travel of information may be possible
When these two points are realized it is STATISTICALLY GUARANTEED that one of these compromised members will go back in time and NOT destroy NOT damage but slightly alter/poison all compromising material in such a way that only the informations original owner knows if the information is real or fake.
