It's a mindvirus, probably combination of some literal parasites, but also astral parasites from addiction to porn, so a "double whammy" if you will. Anal penetration and anal stuff in general weakens your immune system or whatever, so you're not only more prone to diseases/ailments, but also to astral/energy attacks from spirits/parasites and entities. Cutting different kinds of addictions to narco or alco will help, and also cutting any bad/degen habits you have, since stopping this shit starts from stopping of feeding these entities. Once you stop feeding them (thus ignoring them) they'll go away. If you keep responding to every trigger/stimulus they send you, you kinda lose control of your own body/autonomy
