What are the spiritual implications of using profanity?

There's no such thing as bad words. They're only bad because someone else told you they were.

Saying bad words lowers your vibration. I think you've noticed that when you shout insults or whatever, you feel like it's doing you good, but wait a minute or two, and then you'll feel weakened. You could compare it a bit to ejaculation. At the time, it feels good to masturbate, but after ejaculation, you feel weak. So, raise your vibration and only say nice things.

Just makes you sound low class and trashy. Like when you hear a white trailer park girl screaming "this nigga" thats the same vibe using profanity gives to more spiritually adept or intelligent people. Not saying its wrong though. Theres situations where profanity is necessary and it can be used like a spice to language. Midwits/beauracrats that have an issue with it arent doing it because theyre more spiritual/smarter but because theyre dumb and arent capable of asking themselves "why?".

So if you're going to use it be aware of what you're projecting to the people around you. Some people will take you less seriously, some people will identify with you more, and others will have emotional reactions because theyre mental midgets/babies.

I mean I feel good post uhhh, ya know, the fun kind of uhhh, but yeah "bad" words do help one get by in the moment when under intense force and so on. It is context dependent and depends on the being as well.

Children talk dirty to feel grown-up and mature. Unfortunately, as they grow up, they retain their parents' bad habits and become vulgar. This gives the impression that people lack self-control. This is linked to a lack of conscience, self-control, and spirituality. If you notice, it's the ugliest and most depraved people who utter vulgar words. These are not honorable people, they are not trustworthy people.

When it's their default mode of speech or they throw words around willy nilly then yes I agree, but I think of the great comedy and joy that's arisen out of writers, comedians and so on who use vulgarities appropiate, or soldiers pinned down under artillery fire just trying to god damn fucking survive that fucking god awful shit!!!

>Right speech, explained in negative terms, means avoiding four types of harmful speech: lies (words spoken with the intent of misrepresenting the truth); divisive speech (spoken with the intent of creating rifts between people); harsh speech (spoken with the intent of hurting another person's feelings); and idle chatter (spoken with no purposeful intent at all).

So cursing could be harsh speech.

>"Harsh speech — when indulged in, developed, & pursued — is something that leads to hell, leads to rebirth as a common animal, leads to the realm of the hungry shades. The slightest of all the results coming from harsh speech is that, when one becomes a human being, it leads to unappealing sounds.

Allah is gentle and loves beauty, this beautiful hadith is enough to say that vulgarity leads to nothing but perdition and hell.

Vulgarity is a good thing, because no one has the right to censor us, we have the right to say what we want. If this word exists, it's because it's a good thing. And if we start to forbid ourselves words, we will start to forbid ourselves thoughts, and then we will be limited in our vocabulary. Afterwards, yes, it's true, there are some who abuse it, they only use vulgarity to express themselves. But hey, any good thing used excessively becomes a bad thing.
