Your perception of reality is fake. It's a very simplified interpretation based on a very narrow slice of the electromagnetic spectrum. All your senses are just a variation on touch and touch isn't actually real because none of your atoms ever actually touch each other, let alone the atoms of anything else. It's all just repulsive/attractive forces.
Your ability to use the tiny amount of stimuli you do get is a question of mental training.

Yes I have enhanced 30/30 vision and despite being an IT worker i still don't have glasses in my 30's(Despite the migraines from climate change sickness).

I can see and notice things farther away/closer in detail.

A kind of seeing with your eyes closed. Certain meditation techniques can give you that.

I don't see how it would disprove the existence of material, but proving existence isn't just material, maybe. I've always had an imagination but only this year have really seen things in the mind's eye. Crystal clear, sometimes, and I know it's magic.
