Now that you say this, I felt for a few weeks straight through June and July that something was going tk happen big in my life. It didn't feel like a bad thing. I usually have a good gut feeling for these types of things so I wondered where life could be taking me. Now it feels like it has dwindled out a bit, as if the big event has either receded or just gone down in intensity.

The short answer OP is that, yes. You can "manifest" shit. Not in a summoning demon type of way but in a mysterious way where God puts stuff in your path that could be the raw material to what you're looking for.

I don't actually know how to explain whatever goes on to get me extra incarnations. I just kinda have to go with it for now until creating a proper homunculus is possible. I realized awhile ago the most likely reason any magical world would not reach out to us is if it doesn't have much a population to begin with
