When I first started communicating, knowingly, with my deceased family and friends I was very skeptical and the voices weren’t loud. As I increased my belief, the volume increased. When I was doubtful the volume would decrease again. It’s interesting that doubt literally severed that connection and negative thoughts increased. When I am more certain of myself and my abilities, the positive love thoughts and voices amplify.

It depends on the situation but it’s always supportive and uplifting. When I do experience a fear based thought it seems to be in my voice just like before I reached out to the spirit world. I wouldn’t be surprised if demons do whisper to me but it’s only taught me to be discerning and judge my thoughts as not a part of me but passing through. Like I’m the observer

I like to revisit an old memory of a friend a lost, and sometimes it feels like he’s there visiting too
I’ve heard that it’s important to take breaks when learning because the critical component and the doing component of your brain are separate and don’t work well together at the same time, we need to take a step back and look at our own work
I think that’s why doubt clouds these thoughts, it’s a different part of your brain being used to apply criticism to the experience. Since the experience is coming from thru your mind, it needs total focus or it will be disrupted

This makes a lot of sense to me. When i started to sharpen these skills i was told that everyone has spirits talking to them, often yelling trying to get us to listen
Many of our best thoughts we take credit for are from someone else. My experience has been humbling to realize these things.
I also switched to using my left hand and i think that’s helped me a lot. Try to use your left for brushing teeth, opening doors and simple things as much as you can. I still revert to my right hand often but I’m more left hand dominant and then i started believing in this stuff and it came naturally to me
