am i going crazy?
>woke up in the middle of the day
>go to the nearby store to buy some stuff
>buy some stuff and go home
>play some vidja, mastubate and watch some anime like usual
>go back to sleep
>woke up the next day and do my usual buisness
>go to the local store to buy myself some stuff
>i open the door to my house and realize that i didn't bought anything at all
>i look around and find myself in my room
>look at my phone
>it like 2 days ago in the middle of the day

i just fucking had 2 days in my fucking head and didn't fucking realize it, normaly i don't really care, but that kind of stuff became more frequent and i don't know what the hell i can do about it.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

I think you're completely sane, what would make you think you're crazy?

Seems to me like some form of time dilation. Large swaths of time seemingly pass when no time has passed at all. I've typically only observed it in highly emotional states as with strong emotional vibrations. The lower the vibration the longer the dilation and vice versa.
Would you say that you've had any impactful moments or perhaps have spent more time reflecting on the self lately? Or does it seem as though these dilations occur randomly (at present anyway)

This kind of thing usually happens randomly, even though it happens more often, so much so that it starts to make me uncomfortable.

supposing this was legit, figure out how you did that shit and fix our timeline. Entertaining the thought, if you did go through 2 days, then returned to the same point in time 2 days prior, it should also be possible to skip the first bit and just travel backwards.

You died and restarted earlier like in a video game. It's happened to me several times, but usually it's just a few seconds back, so maybe whatever killed you probably required a long backtrack or something.
