I'd say the general idea is mostly accurate, but the specifics, and how you understand what its saying, probably won't be. At the very least, the notion of 3rd, 4th, and 5th densities seem accurate, based upon astral exploration. I'd say your takeaway should be that you should be a loving person, for the sake of elevating the vibration of your consciousness. The aspect of being 'one', with everyone and everything, is something that you don't really try to be, its just something you are already, and so doing weird shit in an attempt to achieve oneness is probably counterproductive. Don't do or think stuff just because 'thats what the law of one says', do and think stuff that makes sense, and that you can collaborate on with other spirits, people, and the intelligence of the universe. I'd say the notion of contact with intelligent infinity is quite accurate, its like a field of consciousness which is responsive to you, your thoughts, your actions, your awareness, your questions, but its still a mystery. Our skill at accessing and utilizing such a field are primitive at best, and only through careful and gradual refinement can we say we really understand anything about what we see and what we are doing.
