just meditate, it's that simple. I did enjoy a lot of JK's work, early on I was frustrated by the lack of sensationalism you see in others, but appreciate him more as I've matured. Really though, sometimes it takes him a really long time to say quite literally nothing.

I don't really listen/read much of anyone anymore though.
