Search "what does the bible say about [your problem]" and recite it to yourself like you are trying to give yourself deliverance, or an exorcism. Stay close to the Word. Think of better LARP and if you're serious:
Consider alternative explanations. If it'd be real possession, it's questionable whether you'd be in good enough condition and with enough control to write such a post after weeks, yet alone 5 years.

Now, while I doubt you're honest, there is a possibility (beside mental issues) you're being parasitized rather than possessed. Honest daily prayer for support, sage smoking, LBRP may help. If christian, even if priests decline to help you (suspicious, you've skipped a lot here, they wouldn't without reason) you can at least get holy water to sprinkle around your domicile.
