Generalize the symbol. A malevolent entity takes all manner of forms, even an approaching danger, or unexpected nightfall, deluge of rain, a storm, etc. A lot of people get specific without realizing things should get interpreted in context they occur within or around wherein the body purposely tries to add a layer of abstraction so that it knows which memories to forget as temporal, mostly, I think. But none of this touches the possibility of whether there IS an outside entity/force. That's a whole 'nother level as well.

They dont bother me anymore. I didnt get scared during sleep paralysis I got angry and would try and force myself up. Eventually I did and stood up on my bed yelling at them to fuck off.

I did see something with such a hat during sleep paralysis but it looked like a purple lion man. I would say it was disturbingly similar to furry fur suits, also had gold jewelry on him. This happened pre-internet so I had no knowledge of furries at the time.

Saw Sadako once. Scientifically it was just sleep paralysis caused by multiple 4 hour sleep nights and a stressful job week. Full story is that I get sleep paralysis pretty commonly from being overworked, I usually force myself to break free from the paralysis because it's uncomfortable but I was so done with my job I just let it happened. It got more intense over time and I started seeing shadows come out of the closet and hear a baby screaming from my night desk. Anyways I got mounted by Sadako and I was so fucking pissed I wasn't having it that night, I had work in 3 hours. So anyways I pushed her over and mating pressed the fuck out of Sadako's hairy pussy. Shadow people are like a powerful sect - they assert dominance over humans when they're in a vulnerable situation.

I've never seen the hat man but several shadowy figures - if they see you as weak they'll give you hell. Anti-depressants can render you more volatile and prone to their attacks.

One of the aspects people like to forget is that some of the folks being visited might be in a way related to them. One can never be sure what kind of lives they have lead before.
