I was visited by an angel who referred to himself as "Raphael" last night

He appeared to me kind of looking like pic related (eyeball with wings and swirling energy), and helped me fight off some demonic spirits that were draining/sapping away my energy. Can anyone give me more info on this?

He told me I had to do it myself, but he would help me. Something about how he can't directly make them go away. I basically filled myself with light to the point where they were 'pushed' away in a sense, kind of difficult to explain, while he watched over and assisted me as I was doing it. It was kind of humbling/empowering at the same time, being essentially told "you're on your own" but also reassuring because he said "I know you can do it" and supported me morally. Like a teacher making his student struggle through the hardship rather than holding his hand.

I think he taught me how to do the aura exploding thing by channeling the knowledge directly into me or something, cause I didn't know how to do it before. Basically whenever you feel the entity latched onto you just fill yourself with positivity and light, and after enough of it has built up you release it, then it will launch away whatever negative shit is on you. But I think the presence of the angel empowers this and makes it easier, which is why it was so effective with him right there.

Unironically like one of those biblically accurate angel depictions, kind of like an eyeball with "wings" coming out of it, I don't think they were actually wings but some weird type of corporeal energy that was pouring outwards that took the form of wings. I saw a similar looking angel one time when I was reading the Bible. I felt a heavy weight go over my body, then the next thing I knew this angel that was an eye surrounded by wings was in my mind's eye. Not in front of me, but in my imagination.

No it's not "spewing my loosh" it was more filling myself with radiance so much to the point where it scares them away (since positive energy is like poison to them). But I do. I am an extension of God, we all came from him. When I am channeling power from within myself, I am essentially channeling the power of God. It is like a sacred ever burning flame that has been passed into each of us. This is what the angel was trying to make me realise, it is not to wield this "holy light" with with malicious intent, but to ward off evil, then eventually spread it to others and help bring them back from darkness one day. The light is not something that is beyond us, it is within all of us, it always has been. But we are mortal, we are flawed, which means one day we will fuck up. The angels are here to put us back on the right path when we inevitably stumble and lose our way, or lose sight of our goals and ambitions, lose hope, etc. In this sense, even though I pushed the demons away, I still needed the help and guidance of the angel. The holy light is strong and powerful, but the real strength comes from unity, standing strong with others who wield the same light, and standing on the side of God and the angels, and helping others who have fallen. The demons want you to be alone and isolated, they want you to feel powerless, like you have no hope of fighting back. The angel merely reminded me that I wasn't, and that I am powerful, and that even by myself I have to strength to fend them off, because the same holy light that is within him is also within me. All I needed to do was let it shine
