Yes they're trapped here and they maintain this shitty meat matrix and torture awakened souls and sabotage their efforts to awaken others. They have the ability to totally dull a person's mind and psychologically manipulate them into doing their bidding. They threaten to capture and torture people but I'm pretty sure what happens is a bunch of Valkyries or angels swoop in at the moment of death and carry them away to safety and there's nothing they can do about it. So once you know the truth, they just resort to being as annoying as possible to make your life here suck ass and they manipulate people to turn against you despite you doing literally nothing wrong, you will only receive negativity from those people because of what these beings are doing behind the scenes. They will surround a person and basically hurl insults and threats of damnation. It's basically irrelevant though because what they're doing is evil.
Problem + solution.
The problem is a bunch of evil cowards are psychologically imprisoning people in their own bodies. The solution is them being eternally BTFO'd and your soul being released at the moment of death.
This world isn't really all that it's cut out to be anyways.
Like some people think when you're in spirit form you won't be able to have sex and stuff and so that turns them off to the whole idea but I'm pretty sure I walked through a portal and stumbled into a dimension of evil fairies having a wild orgy in hyperspace.
