Is Meditation supposed to be enjoyable?
I am surprised how much I am enjoying it as someone who just started practicing it, I thought it was supposed to be boring or chore-like but whenever my timer rings I get the urge to meditate more and i am doing it twice a day, I guess something about the breathing relates positively to our nervous system.

Its all about absorption, if you feel it, really feel like the state you enter into during meditation is totally natural and doesnt break your concentration, just be consciously aware of that and try to remain there.

I just focus on my nose breathing, i also do 5 minutes of just absorving my thoughts without reacting, participating or judging before i start the "actual" meditation.

meditating is something a lot of people do naturally and don't realize they're doing it as well.

Meditation is training your mind/awareness/breathing, training can be enjoyable some days and some days it may feel like hell.

Do it either way.
