You could try the Headless Rite from the PGM. Although, it seems to me to be something you do regularly for spiritual hygiene. If things ever get so bad that you lose control of your own self, I don't know if you'd still have the wits to perform one.

I am muslim and in islam exorcism is very similar in christianity, people are read the Quran, people come to people’s houses who have been possessed by djinn and they recite certain parts of the Quran on them, surah al baqarah, ayat al kursi, surah iklahs are the main ones, and the possessed patient freaks out and its very similar to how it is in the movie the exorcist. But these are extreme cases, people who are going through hard times can also perform self ruqyah which is a thing in islam, you recite quran and if you are injured you squeeze the parts of your body and blow on your fists. So in a sense, in islam you can perform an exorcism on yourself.
Also not all djinn are bad, just like humans, there are good bad and everything in between, but its not advisable to communicate with them because there’s nothing they can offer humans that it good.
