I have been interested in these type of parasites for a while now, especially after watching the 1975 film, Shivers. They are as creepy as they are fascinating.

Anyways...I know there are parasites that control the minds and/or bodies of ants, crickets, rats, and more, but are their any that can control humans? I mean like influence to the point where maybe only saints and monks can fight off the urges they induce or retain in control of the body. Not talking 'minor' stuff like kinda getting skitzo from Toxoplasmosis or getting one that might make you twitch up here and there.

If they are real, how likely is it that we are infected and not fully aware of that fact? If not, how likely is a parasite zombie apocalypse? How would we stop/slay them if they are real? What would it feel like to get 'parasited'?

I know this is a late response but which posts stand out as the most accurate/inaccurate. I'm not privy to any secret teachings or proper education in the occult and such.
