Reality is both a giant playground for us to explore and progress in, but also an arena for us to fight in for our false ideologies. If you fail at life, you will never find anything to hold on to. No aliens, no haunted houses, no spirits, no demons to fight. You're only fighting with your own delusions, and desperately trying not to hit the absolute bottom. The source of power should be obvious but the deeper you look the more convoluted it becomes. You look behind the president you see the banks, you look behind the banks you see tricorn hats and swiss guard, you look behind that you see obelisks and papal bulls- encrypted there is no center of power on this plane of existence. Like being born is dropped into some random embedding of a vector database, each pount point to another address space, an infinite stair. A quick google search will tell you how wrong you are. The observer effect is repeatable and provable. An explanation of it, that is both provable and which lines up with materialism has not been found.
