I had a dream where I met something important there's a greentext out there about it.
Huffing gas. I miss the feeling but like... I also think it made me slightly retarded? I want to do it again but I'm scared to. One because I've seen it can kill you isntantly but two, I'm really scared about what happens to my mind. I don't know what I'm seeing? I see it and then I forget instantly, like I'm accessing the guts of the universe, and all multiple realities at once.

One day almost 12 years ago I spent the whole day working. At the end of the day when I left for home, what I thought was a step out the door became a step back into the office. The daylight coming through the windows went from evening time to morning. The time on the wall clock, my wrist watch and my phone all said 9AM when I knew that I had spent the whole day working on an account and the time read 6PM when I checked before. It was strange and scary and I still don't know what happened. For months afterward I questioned my sanity. It hasn't happened again since, but I still think about that day regularly.

I don’t think I imagined it. But I have no explanation.
An unbelievably gorgeous girl like 11/10 at a coffee shop spoke to me telepathically and said "I love you", I thought I was going insane because that is not normal, started to freak out and my friends asked me what's wrong so I said "I gotta go I am not feeling well" and she just got up and very quickly and frantically ran to me and gave me the warmest most strongest hug, my friends all saw it and they could not explain, it lasted like 2 whole minutes. nobody could understand why it happened.
She whispered "I am you, you sent me, I am from you, please love yourself" she gave me kisses, paid her bill and walked out winking and smiling at me, and I never saw her again. I stopped smoking, drinking and everything else after that. Life dramatically improved
My mother, sister and I ask have birthdays the same week, two days apart each.
One year, the birthdays fell on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and my aunt called on Monday for my mum's birthday to say hi and wish her a happy birthday then asked to speak to me and my sister to do the same.
>I'm going into surgery tomorrow, so I might not be able to call you and your sister on your birthdays, okay?
She told my sister the same thing. Next day came and went.
My birthday came and went.
The day between my and my sister's birthdays, we got another call. From a different aunt.
The aunt who called had died that morning. My mother was a wreck.
>we just talked to her on Monday for my birthday!
Puzzled, my other aunt told my mother that it was impossible as she'd been in a coma since Saturday.
This was before cellular phones were everywhere so she couldn't have woken up just long enough to give us a ring then go back to being comatose and I didn't she could've made an international call from a hospital bed, anyway (we lived on a different continent at the time).
Who the fuck did we all talk to?

Off the top of my head, I saw a half naked man jogging backwards holding a can of coke from the bottom in his fore palm, braced between his upright fingers and thumb. Not so dissimilar from the cover art of Iratus: Lord of the dead, if his fingers were extended. This occured on a back street behind a Walmart and a Sam's club.

I used to carry a notebook to jot random things into as the mood struck. I was a mallrat kid at the time and was sitting with friends at the food court when a girl none of us knew came up to our table looking incredibly upset and in tears, took my pen and wrote into my notebook
>my uncle died
She did this in complete silence then walked away.
When I got home, I was told my uncle had committed suicide. I didn't show my parents the notebook but the friends who were there when it happened confirm that I didn't dream this up, that some weird, crying girl wrote that into my book.

Loads of people were freaked out by it especially Chris's used to be girlfriend, it really was quite spooky.

Initially I refused to turn the wheel but eventually started doing it because there was really nothing else to do, then at some point I was dissolved into particles and returned to my real body, my buddies told me I just passed out for 2-3 minutes.

It only happened once but I've never been able to come up with any sort of meaningful explanation

I was sleeping at my gfs place and had a weird "dream" or even sleep paralysis experience. I woke up and saw a little black alien/goblin creature at the foot of the bed walking around to my gf's side. While it rounded the foot of the bed, I shot up, and tried to shake my gf awake. I remember getting out a couple syllables of her name and grabbing her shoulder, but everything went "heavy" ( I have no better way to put it) and I passed out. Like when you're really fatigued and you finally shut your eyes. We woke up the next day, nothing strange. I was lucid dreaming a lot at that time and it really didn't seem like a dream (no movement impairment; shooting my arm to her shoulder didn't have the airy punch feeling like I usually have). The figure reminded me of descriptions of sleep paralysis demons, but i still had full range of motion prior to being knocked out.

Not really, I've taken hallucinogens more times than I could begin to count and very rarely do your revelations stick with you on a level you can articulate after. The feeling, the sense of it can last for weeks and months and you absolutely can gain some insights from it to take with you, but the "big revelations" you get are next to impossible to explain on a higher level. You're right though, huffing gas is just killing brain cells and op is getting nothing out of it more than that

Other anon is retarded, huffing gas is like a reality warping Time Machine in a can. Nothing is actually real until you see it on gas. My goto was washing out a bag of chips and pumping some hand sanitizer into it, secure it on a good ol’ can of axe or old spice if you’re feeling fancy, then straight hitting it through a tshirt 4-8 layers for best effect. Nothing makes you lifted like the gas, never a bad trip, death threats are all lies, only way to die is to literally not breathe, which is prostrats move. Lace em up, lace em up, lace em up, lace em, blue suede shoes stay crispy like bacon.
I was born in a crossfire hurricane
And I howled at the morning drivin' rain
But it's all right now, in fact it's a gas
But it's all right, I'm jumpin' jack flash
It's a gas, gas, gas
Breathe it in
I won’t let you go
Oxygen is a hallucinogen btw

I don't believe we repress memories like you see in movies but I do think your brain can choose to stop writing new ones if it's under too much stress and I think mine did when I saw something I wasn't supposed to see.
>be me, maybe 14-15 years old
>walking through wooded area with my friend, shortcut to where we were going
>autumn/winter in upper midwest US so no leaves, could see for a good distance ahead
>just talking and kicking sticks
>one of us spotted something fairly large buried under some brush, large animal/human/small bear sized
>I remember walking towards it joking what we thought it was
>sort of remember looking down at it but can't see in my mind what it was, just looks like a black lump or canvas or something
>completely black out
>come to maybe 5-10 minutes later, we're at the edge of the woods some 500 meters away now sitting on a fallen tree
>both of us sobbing
>calm ourselves down without saying a word, eventually get up and walk to our friends house
>the rest of the day we're both just sad, I have no idea why though and too afraid to ask
>friend and I had a major falling out years later and have no way of finding him anymore to ask what we saw
I couldn't begin to tell you what I think we saw. I've considered maybe a body, something paranormal, or maybe nothing at all and we were crying for a different reason. But I can't explain the missing time between what we walked up on and being a quarter mile away crying uncontrollably. I don't know if he remembers but I was always terrified to ask him when we were kids and we never brought it up, we haven't spoken in over a decade now and I'm not willing to reach out to him anymore and have no real way of finding him. I avoided those woods for a few weeks before mustering the courage to walk through again, never saw any signs of what we saw before and nothing weird ever happened again.

How can we know that what psychedelics produce is on the same level as what an enlightened person has had revealed to them? Drugs are very much a thing of the material world, and interact with our material brain in a material way. I can see the arguments for them, but in my opinion they are not to be trusted due to them being artificial.

We looked up at the sky and it was all distorted in fluctuating colours like when you place a magnet next to a screen. It lasted for like 10 seconds and everything went back to normal. I have two. One I'm not entirely sure and the other I'm very positive.
The first one I'm not sure of is that one day after a very brutal fight with my mom, I, for some reason, shut myself off in her room. I stayed there for about 10 minutes then poked my head out and said, "Mom?" Then, the voice of a man said my name outside of the hallway my mom's room was in, so I couldn't see anybody. It scared the shit out of me because my dad wasn't home. I went back into my mom's bedroom and waited for her to come get me eventually. I'm still notnsure whether I just heard my mom's voice incorrectly but it clearly sounded like a man's voice.
The other one I'm very sure happened but it was very weird and hasn't happened to me since. I was in my cousin's house and I was having trouble sleeping. At one point, I'm staring out a big window she has, looking at the moon. In a split second, the moon turned into the sun and I "woke" up to daylight. When I checked the time, several hours had gone by. I felt a bit tired but it also felt like I had slept well enough. Weird shit.

Something not-too-similar happened to my late grandma. But I might be remembering incorrectly. Basically, my grandma received a call from my greatgrandma (her mom) very late at night where she repeated her name like 3 times. However, when my grandma in a panic started asking questions my great-g did not respond with anything else. Anyways, my greatgrandma had died about a week before that call and I don't think there was anybody in our family that fucked up to make a "prank" call like that and imitate my greatgrandma's voice that well.

>I was about 8 or 9 years old, laying in bed, and the lights randomly switched on somehow on their own
>A few weeks ago, I was meditating and had two vivid experiences where I saw a woman's face, although i wasn't completely sure of the gender. I think she or he was wearing a rob, and they had white glowing eyes, with white charged smoke coming from them
>this shocked me and i snapped out of it
>another meditation session i was sitting there then i saw the face of an indian woman she had an attractive face. It was a sort of bluish white energy outline of a face.
>during this same session i saw a white/bluish glowing hand reach out from the right side of my closed eye visual field
That's pretty much it.

For me, one night I randomly dreamed a friend's sister. I never really spoke to her but I saw her a few times, in the dream she appeared smiling and it was all white light behind her. The following day she was reported missing, and eventually found death. She was murdered.

Walking west then turning around east. Suddenly being 2 miles more east as an angel talked to me in voices. Then I ask her to fly me again she doesn't.
Fall asleep on the cliffs. Wake up 1-2 miles south in a new spot in front of a familar beach. Same angel talking to me.
Got teleported.

>But I can't explain the missing time between what we walked up on and being a quarter mile away crying uncontrollably
Your experience matches a common theme that I've noticed.
Based on my own personal research of missing time accounts, there almost always seems to be some extremely weird, out-of-place thing that grabs the person's attention before they "black out."
Below is an example of what I'm talking about. Your story reminded me of this account from an Astonishing Legends (back when it was still a coherent & listenable podcast) episode I heard years back:
>E.g., Dan Povenmire, creator of Phineas & Ferb, and a friend had a missing time experience (link to podcast episode below) on a short day trip to a job interview, to which they were several hours late. During their car ride, they witnessed an upside-down bus—which didn't seem possible due to that particular bus's bottom-heavy weight and tubular shape—off the interstate that was on FIRE. Later, they pulled off down a familiar road and saw a very weirdly dressed figure pushing a grocery cart, looking extremely small compared to the size of the overpass bridge.
So anon, I think it's possible you could've been abducted by a UFO or something, and that "black lump" thing was there to distract you, making you hyperfocus on it to let your guard down, so the ACTUAL threat looming above could snatch you.
Just an idea.
Link to podcast episode (entertaining, highly recommend) on missing time:

Yeah, those are the weirdest things that happened to me. The thing with my aunt was in the mid 90s and the crying girl was in the early 2000s.
Your dream/murder thing actually reminds of a less strange occurrence that I dreamt about.
A girl I barely knew, Angie, was raped and murdered in 1996 or 1997, I don't remember. I think 97. The case is still unsolved. Two friends of mine were suspects, one was her boyfriend and the other is a stoner with the absolute worst memory. He told me about the questioning he dealt with while detained and he was so scared and stoned that he honestly couldn't remember any details.
>where were you at such and such time?
"I don't know. I really, really don't know."
That sorta thing.
Anyway, like I said, I barely knew Angie but many of my friends were well acquainted with her so I went to a friends-only memorial service for her and listened to stories people had of hanging out with her and whatever.
That night, I dreamt that she and I had a conversation. I never really spoke to her much so this was completely out of character and almost certainly just built on the stories I heard about her while at that memorial so I didn't think much of it then
She started telling me about her uncle. I don't think anyone mentioned him at the memorial. Maybe they did. I don't recall anyone doing so but as she told me about what a great guy he is, she started to decompose in accelerated real-time, bits of flesh falling off her still-taking face. Then she mentioned that at least her feet were warm
A year later, her best friend, a giant bitch named Dawn (and I mean that literally; she's, like, 6'3 and built like a linebacker) got some news from Angie's brother that their uncle was under investigation and somehow disappeared, presumably to Venezuela.
I told Dawn about the dream up to and including the warm feet.
Dawn freaked out and started sobbing that when Angie was found on the riverside, she was naked except for her socks and a bra.

I want to be clear, the crying girl incident is the last weird thing that's happened to me, over twenty years ago now. Unless you count how the toilet in the house I bought in 2012 inexplicably starting flushing itself in early 2016, shortly after my mother died. When I found her body in her bedroom, i called 911 to report her death then went into her master bath to use the toilet. The water in there was black so I left it in case the police needed to see it or whatever. I don't know how that stuff works. I went to use the bathroom just down the hall instead.
It's really weird that my toilet was perfectly fine until my mother died and her toilet was full of black gunk. Why would her ghost follow me home to my house to reenact her unfinished business, pun intended?

Nah. I think the black gunk was from mopping the floors. Also, she was a redheaded Swiss woman, which is probably as far from black as you can get. And I'm the favourite. My sister joined a cult and we lost touch with her until our mum died and my brother is a vegan, which is the greatest disappointment of all.

A girl I was talking to dabbled in witchcraft and I clearly heard her voice saying my name one night while we were many miles apart. There were also many strange coincidences with her, like getting messages from her after not talking all day while I was in the process of typing out a message to her about the exact thing she messaged me about. I'd also keep seeing the same numbers in unexpected places over and over again, and had really weird sexual dreams about her that were more creepy than arousing. She kept "forgetting" or changing her own life story, so I don't know if she was lying about her identity or what. She gave me small gifts, food or objects that gave me a weird feeling. A very strange period in my life. She was hot as hell though, so I shrugged it off.

I have direct personal experience with many of the things that are considered to be extraordinary. For me they are now normal. It would be difficult to identify which type of experience could be considered the most strange from among them. It would be easier to identify which has been the most rare.
I simply have been able to observe more of our reality than is typically common.
The arrogance of the ignorant is the common response to being informed that more exists than is being observed ..and yet for those who have the interest the ability is learnable
Having the ability to perceive beyond the ordinary physical tangible plane is only a beginning; in order to get experience with the many various things that can be encountered it is necessary to actually encounter them. The process of bringing the opportunity into your presence is another branch of conceptual discovery
It's the majority of what I have done with my life. I have no fear of death. I have extensive experience that gives me considerable insight into exactly what is happening in these realms. I have several experiences with the energetic presences that get called ghosts. I have seen that they are able to move physical material.. and even to cause sounds that would be made if they were physically present. I have a single experience in the presence of the thing that gets called bigfoot or sasquatch. I have extensive experience with out of body conscious awareness and have spent several years with nearly full conscious awareness during the majority of the interactions with the beings from the stars. I have seen several aspects of their technologies that they usually don't try to get humans to understand because it's a bit disorienting and overwhelming. Should be not much surprise that Mk ultra type programs were a part of my childhood
Direct personal experience is the game changer. Only through personal observation will you be qualified to have an informed opinion and reality based understanding

I suppose I could put forward that the most unusual strange thing that I was able to perceive was the effect as the physical universe folded to preserve my corporal presence as, in a physical 'universe' that has laminar flow type association with our linear field structure, my head had a bullet destroy it. I literally saw the room shaking like red jello as the two realities were in close association with one another..
If you understand the dynamics of the situation and the ramifications then there's much to contemplate on the subject. Without your own direct observation you can have only intellectual speculation. I have direct personal observation ..of this and many other things that are considered uncommon. The reality is that the events are common but the ability to perceive is not

As for me it's hard to pick a weirdest, well, the weirdest is the darkest and I've talked about that enough on other threads, so instead I'll go with the one of the best that's ever happened to me. I've heard voices, usually it's internal monologue psy stuff, sometimes audibly, but that's usually when waking from a dream or in a half sleep state. This time however, I was fully conscious, lost in thought, head hanging down, when I heard a woman's voice say clearly "Give it to me straight, do you still love me?"
She didn't sound judgmental or manipulative, just clear and honest. I knew who it was and it was a weird night overall but looking back it's one of the happiest things that's ever happened to me!!!

Acoustic perceptions are the low hanging fruit of psychic phenomena ..and they are the favorite target for those who are predecided to declare their own bias to be the automatic default truth in substitute for any actual investigation or contemplation of other potential explanations..
I have several experiences with audio cognitive communications. These can be due to direct cognitive connection to other individual humans or due to attachments and associations with other entities of various types. I have experience with several. Family biological connections can often do this across distance

I don't know how to explain it. But basically, one day I woke up from a "normal" night's sleep to find that what I believed was my life for the last 6 or so years was actually an incredibly detailed and very long dream. I had dreamed up all sorts of shit, new friends in my life, a girl I got married to, a child I had, new career, vacations, world events, new movies and celebrities. Etc etc. The few months awake were miserable. Learning that a vast majority of people in my dream didn't exist was completely surreal. And then the people who did exist, some were out of my life for a while and I dreamed them back in, and some were really but completely changed and in some cases died in my dream.
Anyway, I had a very vague memory of what my actual current life was and where I worked. I had to "remember" everything from 6 years ago when in reality just one night's sleep had passed. Tried continuing my real job but had trouble remembering the basics and my duties on top of a lot of the people there. Before all this I went to numerous doctors and specialists. All sorts of tests and shit. Basically the only "answer" I ever really got was from a sleep specialist who claimed while my body was in normal time, somehow my brain was in "hyperspeed". I did have some brain scan and activity tests done, one doctor told me one time my brain was showing an unusual amount of activity compared to the average person.
So yeah, adjusting back into real life was not easy. Lots of sleepless nights, confusion, pain and crying. No wife, no kid, no comfy house. Ended up living with my parents for a bit (they were very helpful throughout all this.) Happened in 2021 btw. Not sure if I activated the full capacity of my brain or if covid broke my mind.

The strangest thing was just a sound, I was woken up in the middle of the night when I was young once by a noise that sounded otherworldly, it genuinely sounded like how I would imagine a spaceship would sound like, I ran to the window but it was covered in condensation (a common occurrence on those old shit windows) and couldn't see anything. Shit story, wish I had something else, maybe I've experienced something but can't remember.

Chemicals were definitely a functional component of the mk program activities and yet my resulting awareness of the various realms of conscious states was refined, not blurred away into indiscriminate and imprecise concepts of geospatial orientation. Perhaps due to the fact that they do use methods of bringing a subject quickly from deeply hypnogogic and hallucinatory states of consciousness to be calmly and dully aware of the base parameters of physical material surrounding you.. my situational awareness was never completely taken out of the linear material context. To be fair I had no comprehension of what I was seeing.. sometimes hallucinating or perceiving the scenarios from outside my physical body.. but I was able to form the memories and to retain them within my mind to eventually figure out later. The chemicals are not what is actually disorienting you. If you have the ability to see clearly and accurately and to be honest with yourself about your perception then you can become oriented correctly within any context. Even perception within a dream can be comprehended correctly within its own context. The simple declaration that this is not possible is a matter of intellectual laziness, dishonesty and disregard to the true capacity of your cognitive capacitance.
>>41013390
I think you are on the verge of a retaliation of your own previous experiences.. everyone has been in the presence of the beings from the stars. More impressive than their ability to navigate between the stars is their ability to navigate within your own field of consciousness to rewrite the events and significances of the events that you would otherwise have memory of. Conscious awareness of your interactions with the beings from the stars is a great starting point for deeper development of your abilities of perception. Once you can see through their technologies of consciousness there are many other things that will potentially come into view, given the opportunity

The beings from the stars routinely dive into the virtual space within the consciousness of a subject to rewrite the memory from within the individuals own perspective.. they fish around and find concepts and emotions to patch over the actual events. On rare occasion they edit to omit, otherwise your memories exist but have been altered and then given false emotional significance to prevent further investigation. Search within your memories and you can likely find something that just doesn't sit quite right in your ordinary frame of reference.. something that you let slide because it was simply too strange or otherwise almost understood but then no longer contemplated..
It's a huge shock to find out the proof of the alien presence is already within your own consciousness in the form of memory of you own experience.. but it's just a start

One day every single time that I looked at the hour I would see 23. At first it did not catch my attention, but the next day I dawn on me. I guess God or whatever was trying to tell me something and I was too absorbed in whatever that I was doing to notice.

A repeated occurrence of a one out of sixty probability of outcome?
I had one occasion during my highschool years when a friend asked to see a Susan B Anthony dollar coin I had with me, and then before returning it to me he said he would flip it until I got it wrong. I got it correct 48 times in a row before it fell leaning against the drafting table desk.. leaning towards the side I had just called but still standing on it's edge. It was also closer to me than him because it was leaning on the front of his desk that was behind mine. The class was about to end and a group of other kids were gathering near the door and my desk was the closest to the door.. the bell rang and that was that..
At the casino I once picked a bet that was with the casino in their favor and still managed to guess incorrectly 21 times in a row.. astronomical odds against this. Was betting only when the point was 4 or 10 and was betting that the number 7 would occur before the point was rolled again.. the 'lay' bet
There is more to it than simply 'being psychic'.
None of the shit in this thread ever happened.

There was a black freemason recently that is pretty well known for facilitating in rehab groups in the area and he usually teaches cosmic ethos and stuff in them. One day though, i was kinda in the middle of telling god to actually go fuck himself and i exited the house and got pulled from a crowd by this guy, and he started to speak in an ominous tone and fucking started making these demonic faces as he laughed subtilely. he was asking about what my ambitions are and he said something about how there is a market for anything, even if i was into sacraficing goats, if i was that obsessive into studing something (i was coincidentally trying to read leviticus at the time) then he started talking about how when you crave alcohol you are craving a hangover and how certain positions in life could be purchased with enough suffering in that regard. Then he told me that its not been a coincidence that stuff in the past has been following me, but rather than finding it, i should let it catch up to me. This was probably as weird as meeting my ex and her occultist friend but in different ways because they were wacko and this is more of a recent ongoing thing.

I can confirm that the three things I mentioned in this thread definitely, absolutely happened.
Bro, I've had a generally strange life full of bizarre coincidence, like meeting the same person in two different cities in two different countries entirely by happenstance (once at a party in Philadelphia, the second time in a subway station in Toronto; took us a minute to realise we'd met before), or meeting people who know people I know in other cities or even continents.
For example, when I worked in a bakery-cafe, also in Philadelphia, I met a girl with a weird accent and commented "that's an interesting accent, may I ask where it's from" and she told me her hometown, a place in the Ozarks. "Really?! My roommate is from there! I wonder if you know her: [roommate's name]." And she actually did. So I told my roommate I met ________ Whitecabbage (how could I forget a surname like that?) and she says "fucking really? Wow! What the hell is she doing here?! Small world!"
Most recently, I met a guy not only from my hometown back in yurp, but also my old neighbourhood. He even knew someone I keep in contact with who said "wow, I knew he was moving to the US, but I didn't think to your area (Delaware); otherwise, I would have set you guys up to hang out." I struck up a conversation because I heard him talking to his wife in my native language and my same accent. I never hear that shit here so I just had to say hi.
Coincidences are strange.

I've even seen weird, but ultimately explainable shit, like a tractor trailer driving down a stretch of road with a guy holding onto the side, inching his way to the front like some action movie. Also, the weird, floating, legless cats following me around after three days of not sleeping, obviously explained away as hallucinations from exhaustion.
But those three incidents (aunt, crying girl/uncle's suicide, Angie's murder) are the only ones that remain unexplained. Everything else can be explained by just coincidence, dumb randomness, crack powers (the guy on the truck), lack of sleep or even in the case of the toilet gunk and my randomly flushing toilet, my mother mopped the floors, drained the bucket and failed to flush (and my toilet's plug on the tank failing with age around then by coincidence).
I'm not trying to say that these incidents are magical, supernatural or even unexplainable. Just that I, personally, can't explain them and they're utterly strange to me. That's the point of the thread, isn't it?

There’s a hidden cave spring near where I live. You have to know where it is to be able to find it, it’s not obvious from any of the roads. Really pretty spot, like something out of a story. I spent a lot of time down there when I was in school and I still go down when I can. One day I was hanging out by the spring, just staring into the water and thinking and suddenly I got an eerie feeling. But I couldn’t look away from the water. I swear I could see a figure pass behind me reflected in the water. It was tall and I couldn’t make out any features except that it was human shaped but not quite human, if that makes sense. When I snapped out of it, there was nothing there, but I did find some really weird tracks in the mud nearby when I went to leave. I left it an apple and it hasn’t appeared to me since. I guess it’s ok with me being there since I was polite enough to leave it a snack.

I had something similar to this. I was on a family vacation in 2002 in Arizona and a waitress at a diner got to talking with my parents. She asked where we were headed, where we were from, etc. The usual smalltalk. Turns out this waitress not only used to live in my obscure little town of 2,000 people 3,000 miles away, but was married to a relative of ours at one time. Weird how those things work. We could've gone to any of a dozen other diners nearby but picked that one by chance. Small world

Probably not the strangest thing that's ever happened to me, but it comes to mind. I'll likely post another story or two later because these threads are fun.
I was smoking weed with this retard wigger in his apartment on the second floor of a small building across from a gas station one rainy night. The red light from the station was reflecting into a puddle in the parking lot and looked a little odd. I stared at it, and for whatever reason I could see an image forming, and animating. Of all things, it looked like Super Mario World gameplay. Specifically Mario riding Yoshi. Eating fruit, collecting coins, stomping goombahs, all that. I was stoned but realized that this was retarded and didn't make any sense. I kept looking away but every time I looked back, sure enough; Mario and Yoshi. The wigger asked me what I was looking at, so I told him. I got a "...yeah I kinda see that." in response before he went back to aggressive freestyle rapping.
I've hallucinated from drugs before, even from weed, but only ever during my first time getting high (that was fucking wild. If anyone can explain to me any esoteric significance relating to a word or phrase that sounds like "tai koo gen dwao" it would answer a 16 year old mystery for me) and after a very long break from regular smoking (one bong hit during an eclipse sent me for a wild ride). At the time of this story, I had been a daily heavy smoker for a long time and didn't feel particularly out of sorts. I have experience with hallucinogens as well but I don't think I started dabbling in those until after this is experience. Maybe a mushroom trip or two before, I can't recall.

When I got to the sections specifically incoming the Olympic spirits I literally could not say the words. There were a lot of odd things that happened while we were together. When we got an apartment after we married (she didn't like living in my ghetto town) I started seeing and hearing weird things at night. One time had this giant spider crawling the wall. Big as my head. I smashed a book on it, pulled book away from wall...nothing. Didn't fall anywhere either.
Used to hear guttral growling coming from under the window at night. Also had a male voice whisper my name outside somewhere and start laughing. Never could see who.
Our marriage became mysteriously violent almost overnight. It was like she was body snatched or something. She hit me twice. Stole my money. We divorced. Once I left her, it all stopped.
I still think something didn't want us together. I truly loved her. I once snuck back in her place to steal back some of my things and the panda I bought her on our first valentine's day was sitting in the middle of her coffee table. I never went back.

Probably when I had a dream of a future event. Ive heard of deja vu being explained by a mis-wiring of the brain, but this was more. I vividly remember waking up and thinking it was a strange dream, it was mundane, and i thought about how it actually couldn't happen since it involved others and their places at that time wouldn't allow it. Fast forward a few months, it fucking happens, events had transpired that allowed it. Again, very mundane and I also dont think I could have prevented it if I wanted to. It kind of broke my brain a little bit, but now I don't think about it much at all. I dont tell anyone about it.
There was also the time i was haunted by a "wet ghost" I think.
>live in apartment next to graveyard
>live there for months without incident
>one day wake up and mysterious wet spot on table
>weird, must have spilled water
>more wet spots gradually appear
>spots appear under objects where nothing else is wet, not even top of object
>something in the middle of a stack of objects will be soaking, objects touching are only residual
>doesn't happen during rain, no visible leaks at all
>culminates in my botom mattress being soaking wet, top mattress bone dry
Last bit really freaked me out, I've pissed the bed before, this was not that. I was bone dry too. It did go away after that, maybe thanks to a dream? That apartment was a little freaky, my roommate admitted to hearing things when we moved out

I grew up as a skeptic.. gotta see it to believe it type.. but that slowly changed over time. Have had many experiences I would consider "paranormal" at this point in my life. I'll relay a couple of the most profound. May give more if anyone's interested.
The first one is difficult to explain, and I've never heard anyone else with a similar experience but here goes:
>be me in 6th grade
>talking to my best friend at the time in a local playground
>after dark
>nothing crazy happening until I notice something in the sky above friend's head
>imagine you took a piece of chalk or more accurately a white marker and began sloooowly drawing an arch across the sky
>more obtuse angle than a rainbow
>the starting point and entire formation does not shift once drawn in the slightest during the entire event (it was no shooting star with a trailing tail)
>gawk dumbfounded as the arch slowly reaches the crest
>friend notices my expression - "what?"
>can just point
>friend turns to see what I'm pointing at
>at this point the arch has crested and was beginning it's "descent"
>it's reached across a very large portion of the sky
>the moment he looks, the head of the formation instantly cuts downward maybe 15 degrees and adds another maybe 20% length but is instantaneous and now straight instead of arched (but the entire arch still remained the same from before the 15 degree shift)
>just as quickly as the shift an additional length occurs the entirety of the formation vanishes in the blink of an eye
>friend had seen it probably less than a second before it disappeared
>entire event lasted probably 5-7 seconds
Definitely one of the most inexplicable events of my life and very hard to describe. Makes me laugh when people suggest it was something like a comet entering the atmosphere.
Reached limit will reply with second experience

Okay second experience I promised:
>be me with ex wife
>watching whatever in the living room
>probably around 10pm
>suddenly hear one of the loudest bangs have ever heard from the kitchen
>follow ex wife into kitchen
>notice she is gawking looking around
>notice every cabinet is ajar by varying amounts
>realize every cabinet had simultaneously slammed open
>shit pants and hardly sleep that night
It was so loud I was honestly surprised none of the cabinet doors opened. And there was absolutely no stutter to the bang to indicate any sort of progression to whatever force acted on the cabinets. It was perfectly simultaneous across 3 walls ~10-12 cabinets
Have plenty more experiences if anyone is interested. The apartment we moved to after the cabinets one was legitimately haunted and whatever was there targeted me and particularly my sleep in multiple ways.

It's a pain in the ass to post here now. Takes half an hour or more to make a single post when the captcha is fuckin up. Two minute wait before you get to wait two more minutes and then repeat over and over before you get a captcha only to be told you have misspelled it even though you clearly didn't turn it goes back to repeating the wait over and over and then repeats the misspell crap then you finally get a captcha and get it right but it says you are range banned or banned because your dynamic IP was used by some asshat to spam or worse and then it's back to repeating the wait after you reset your IP by switching to airplane mode a few times and finally you get a captcha and it accepted that spelled it right.
When you get your post typed out be sure to copy it or it's probably going to be erased during all this.
You can pay to dox yourself to bypass this though so there's that.
This is what has been killing the site and it's by design deliberate. The plan was to make the site less interesting and it's sort of working.

>then repeat over and over before you get a captcha only to be told you have misspelled it even though you clearly didn't turn it goes back to repeating the wait over and over and then repeats the misspell crap then you finally get a captcha and get it right but it says you are range banned or banned because your dynamic IP was used by some asshat to spam or worse and then it's back to repeating the wait after you reset your IP by switching to airplane mode a few times and finally you get a captcha and it accepted that spelled it right.
Quoi?
You wait two minutes the first time (or the first few times of posting incognito) then never again unless you're using mobile in incognito (which you clearly are), in which case, it works just fine outside of incognito.
I get that it's a bullshit system, but what you're describing isn't relevant for most posters.

~20 years ago I lived with a family in a foreign country for a few weeks, and their son then came and lived with my family and I for a few weeks.
I hadn't heard anything from them in probably 15 years, and hadn't thought about them in a long time either.
Recently they popped into my mind, and I tried to visualize their house to see how well my memory held up, thoroughly mapping out the interior and their backyard mentally in as much detail as possible.
Then I thought to myself:
>this is pointless, I'll probably never go back there again and therefore won't be able to verify the accuracy of my visualizations
The very next day my parents got an email from that family for the first time in many years saying that they had sold that house and moved, along with other updates on what their kids were up to these days.
Guess I was right, I'll never be able to go back there again even if I had the opportunity to go and visit them

I'll give you guys a decent one. I think anyways.
In my 20s I was reading up to 9 hours a day, pretty much every day, everything paranormal, metaphysics, spirituality, magick, ancient history, etc. I know some of you know how it is. And some days I'd just be pacing back and forth for hours on end in a highly lucid state of mind, trying to make sense of it all.
One afternoon, I was pacing, deep in thought, and I was completely overcome with the vision of a scaly Reptilian creature, wearing a robe, sitting on a throne, with a stringed instrument. Looking right at me. Rest of the room was featureless, this was as I later came to understand the Astral plane. This creature took his instrument, strummed it once - and I felt a chord inside my brain strongly vibrate, almost painfully. He strums again. And again, something inside my brain vibrates. And a third time. Then he just glares at me menacingly, and the vision ends.

My experience is not like yours, but some anon mentioned a time slip and I think I had one of those. It's not that great of a story but I ran into some fog coming home late one night on the freeway. This drive is always about 45 minutes. The fog was too thick to see what was ahead of me, so I drove slow and after about 45-50 minutes I decided I should get off the free way because I couldn't tell where I was and it was getting dangerous. I exited the freeway and once I figured out where I was, I had passed my exit by a significant amount. A drive that would take 2.5 hours in good weather I somehow did in 45 minutes in fog so thick I could barely see and I was driving 15 under most of the time.

I did not have missing time, more like a minute that seemed to last about an hour.
>I was with two friends smoking weed one night, and we decided to walk down to the gas station down the road. It's about a quarter mile from his house.
>While there we see it's 11:50, not really sure why that's anything special but it's something a couple of us noticed
>Go across the street to the grocery store because they had some snackfood I wanted, Combos
>At the register after about 10 minutes of being in there, the clock on the register sign said 11:50
>Everyone notices that and wonders what the hell is going on
>We just keep joking about how it's 11:50 every few minutes.
>Get back to my friend's house, which is again little over a quarter mile, that takes about 20 minutes to walk. Clock on the microwave says it's 11:50
>We always say it's 11:50 anytime someone asks what time is it for at least a year after that.

A friend of mine died in a car accident about 15 years ago. For a few years after that I used to dream that we were hanging out at time. Had that kind of dream about 4-5 times. Always knew he was dead the whole time but I never once really thought much of it in the dream.
Most of the time I just gave him updates like who got married, someone is losing their hair etc.
One time he did look over to me and ask me how he died, told him he was t-boned in a car accident
Last time we were standing in a parking lot and he was getting on a bus, he said by to me that last time and got on the bus. This was like 4 years after he died.

When I first got with my wife her undead family members started to show up, including one that is a literal skinwalker.
One night before we lived together when I was about to go to bed, from my bedroom at the end of the hall it was peaking out it's head and arm. Slipped back into the room once I saw it.
Debated what to do for a minute then decided just to go to bed since my cat was still in my bedroom. It was, naturally, not in there, and the cat was fine.
I got used to it and it still comes around.

A few years ago (2014 or maybe 2015), I was on summer break from college, back at my mom's house. One night I was up late, about 3am, talking on the phone with this girl that I liked from school. I was lying on my bed, lights off, in near total darkness. Suddenly, about a foot to my right, a bright flash goes off, as if someone had set off a big firecracker but without any noise or heat. Just a bright burst of light. I remember saying "what the fuck?" or something similar, and my friend says, "...you saw that too?"
She had, at that exact moment, also seen a bright flash of light. It should be noted that we were well over 200 miles apart at this time.
The explanation people usually jump to is that it was somehow an odd reflection of car headlights coming through my bedroom window. I feel like that's only barely plausible, as there were houses between my window and the road, and my blinds were down, and the window was behind my head while the light appeared as a burst originating from a point to my right. And even then, nothing can explain how she saw it as well. Ultimately we ended up nervously talking about it for a few minutes before eventually going to sleep, and never mentioning it again. I don't really talk to her anymore, as I'm married now and it's not proper to go chatting up old flames from college, but I do wonder from time to time if she remembers it.

Smoked a bunch of DMT. Went through some dimensional wormholes and ended up in an alien spaceship of some sort. The trip felt extremely real. It was terrifying. To this day I’m not sure if I was spiritually abducted by aliens or if I really am an alien, and had woken up from this simulation. Either way it was really strange and DMT is not like any other psychedelic I have done. It was an amazing, but terrifying experience. I don’t wanna do DMT again lol.

Back in 2008 or so my sister and I had to pick up my nephew to BWI airport across the Chesapeake Bay. It's a 2-3 hour drive and it was about 10PM. To this day both of us will swear that we do not remember crossing the Bay Bridge. It's something like 4 miles long across a large body of water and there's a toll going eastbound. But it was like we teleported across the Bay despite never leaving the correct route. I could see if we were engaged in heavy conversation and just got distracted, but mostly we just listened to music interspersed with conversation. Not saying it's paranormal but seems weird that neither of us would notice

I was 17 and I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I didn't notice anything strange, just went about my business and headed straight straight to my room afterwards.
I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw myself laying on the bed, asleep and unmoving. I started freaking out and panicking and then it all went black and woke up the next day.
Dunno if it was dream or not, but it was pretty odd I guess.

Probably nothing but one time when I was driving home from work I had several consecutive avenues all to myself. They were completely empty and so were the sidewalks. I thought it was eerie. It must have been about 5 PM so there was no reason for this; there's traffic all day every single day in that route but this one time there was nothing

Something odd did happen, although I only heard about it over the phone with my mom.
One day, she found my father's old flip phone broken in half and jammed in a tree hollow in her orchard. It had been sitting on a shelf in my room for close to a decade after his death and it's a mystery how it got there.
My mom, a bit of a paranoid, speculated it might have been somehow involved with this mob guy my dad did some "accounting" with years back. But that makes no sense to me. How would this hypothetical mob guy know exactly where the phone is? And if he presumably wanted to destroy the phone, why not just take it with him? Besides, the phone didn't go missing until years after my father's death.
Sometime before my mom told me about finding the phone, there were two people who had access to my room. One was a manchild with Downs Syndrome, a friend of the family, but he was only at my house once, and I was with him the whole time. Even if he had somehow taken and broken the phone, he absolutely never had the chance to wonder off to the orchard where it was found.
The other was my high functioning teenage autistic nephew who stayed in my room for a week. It's possible he tried to play with the phone somehow, broke it, and then "hid" it in the orchard for some reason. This is my bet, though the whole thing is odd.

I ran into a doppelgänger myself at a ponderosa steakhouse. That was weirder than the haunted college building I did a security fire watch for a graveyard shift.
