Pleiadians/"Nordic Aliens" aren't a separate alien species, but the descendants of humans who've been abducted periodically throughout history for whatever reason (my pet theory is labor. It's probably just cheaper to abduct and breed/clone populations of humans to do simple service jobs). They're not even restricted to the Pleiades star cluster (people who've been abducted by Greys have said they had human attendants in suits), but that's maybe where a very large parallel society has developed. Star people, Cosmic Brothers, If you're familiar with the concept of a "Terran" from sci-fi, it's basically the same thing.
Pleiadians look more or less like us, but differ in that they're significantly taller, generally more attractive, and while not a physical trait possess psionic abilities. The height difference is caused by gravity and the beauty is from a complicated mixture of their significantly better quality of life, gene therapy, and natural sexual selection (pacifist cultures tend to sexually select for androgyny & neotenism).
Pleidians visit Earth periodically for understandable reasons: tourism, cultural exchange, and sentimental/spiritual reasons. Earth, cosmically, is very much trapped in a kind of African-type situation: the humans who migrated out of "Africa" having developed significantly faster due to their exposure to numerous environments, resources, and the constant exchange of ideas from foreign cultures, all spurring incredibly innovation and development. Our cultures are significantly older and we're infinitely more genetically diverse, but we're basically the Andamanese or the San People, compared to them.
