What can i do to get rid of this junk food addiction spell wise

I need help to get this sickness, it’s plaguing me , people dont even want to be around me or associate themselves with me , because im fat and they probably feel that vibe on me thats bad

1) stop judging yourself because I’m skinny and people don’t want to be around me either
2) take the herbal teas and baking soda, epsom salt, borax parasite detox
Methylene blue and lugols iodine are extremely effective too

I was watching a livestream of Vegas of the crowds. About 80% of the women were overweight and 65% of the men. No wonder no one wants to go there anymore. Fatties everywhere. Enough money to gamble not enough for ozempic.
