It's either a punishment or just a natural consequence since sin has consequences. Just ask God for forgiveness, strength and chastity with grace coming from Jesus Christ. Abstinence should get you to a better place. Try to go three months of abstinence from porn-masturbation-orgasm, and if you can't, you probably have an addiction problem and must seek either psychoterapeutical help or a priest's help (such as in confession or spiritual guidance).
