And what cadets? And it's the Air Force Flight test Center, Area 51 (it's actual name is Air Force Flight Test Center 3) is technically part of it. As to how a base that's not even in the same state became part of a separate base I don't know but under AFMC that's how it's organized. Then again that whole AFMC and organization parts probably explain that.
