Because Chicago has tunnels and people go missing there by the truckload. Chicago is always sinking into its swamp so there's an entire sunken city under what you see today. If course, it's hard to explore or care about that now since it's packed with niggers.

I stopped in Chicago on a road trip for an hour. The only slightly creepy thing was there was a thick layer of mist and the skyscrapers kind of looked like they were floating from the distance I was at. There was also a guy in a really nice coat that showed up where I was for some reason. He seemed a little out of place.
