For Narcissists. They don't work with themselves to create Emanation, but they use subjugation of external source by selfish intent. Their emanations are twisted, ogrish brutes that hurt and wreak havoc, at a great cost. Those egregores are zombified parts of Her, the true God. There is another "God", whom those mages serve - intentional or not.

Fools are unhampered. They're not in their own way. But they aren't on their way, either. When magic wants to work through them it can, easily.
Narcissists live and die within their own ego, and that invites actual cognition and spirited action, on top of the useless selfgratifying activity. It's wasteful, but gets something done sometimes. The fool doesn't see the way and wanders out of the structure, maybe falling, maybe finding. The narcissist sees the structure and wants it to be his house, or wants to build a new bigger structure to fit his ego. But the roof might cave in on weak pillars.
