Sex is not a sin. Lust is.
Sin is not the breaking of a 'divine law', it just means you've made a mistake - a simple error.
Lust isn't exclusively sexual desire, it's simply 'to desire' intensely; Sexual pleasures are just the easiest to identify as a lust.
Sexual lust is extremely destructive when you feed it incorrectly, specifically through porn.
Think of sexual lust as your base, animal instincts. The more you feed it, the only thing that will satisfy it is the sexual pleasure it's asking for. But the human body, the animal body needs more than sexual plasure to be healthy, yet the more you feed it a desire of pleasure, the hungrier it gets.
Through conscious understanding of your sins, acknowledging your weaknesses and deep introspection, you will come to understand your desires exist because of two reasons: your own mental diet, and your animal body's inner alchemy.
When you're alchemizing breath into a desire for sexual release, you energize your cells with that same desire.
Control your inner alchemy.
