Now you might be wondering why is there a picture of a chestburster at an official speech like this? Well apparently the radiated shrimp can turn turn you into a xenomorph or just mutate you in general(he said grow an extra ear at least).
I guess it could be just a joke, but this is goofy af if it is. Like a xenomorph!?! That is so random. And when have they joked like this at speeches like this?

Is it true? Will this shrimp and possibly other contaminated foods turn folks into xenomorphs and other monsters? Is it code? Just a joke?

Most of you have no idea how contaminated modern shrimp/oysters/etc is. Test it yourself using a Geiger Counter. It's ALL radioactive. It's because of the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011, which, is proven to be the equivalent of 10-20 Chernobyls but it was covered up.

Not only is the seafood poisoned by cesium 137, I imagine a lot of crops and such are at this point too. Precipitation clouds form over oceans, and carry them to land, raining all over.
