Why it doesn't move when I move my head around? Spooked me!

Those “floaters” are not random debris, they are the medium. On September 23rd, they may be used to burn an image into the collective subconscious, because almost everyone has them drifting in their eyes.

OP here, seriously guys the reason I post this is that they do not move when I turn my head left to right, it's like they float outside my eyes. If they are inside the fluid on my eyes shouldn't they move with my movement?
