As a computer enjoyer, I will say that Panama is kind of a shithole, and the idea that Panamanian glowies can't track down some random taco huffer in a jungle full of AIDS and fucking narco camps is kinda genuinely plausible. Tiktok is chinese, china don't give a fuck, panama glowies are probably stuck listening to chinese hold music waiting for a response as to where tiktok's servers see the connection coming from.
