is mind dominant over matter?
or is matter dominant over mind?
can there be no mind without matter?
can there be no matter without mind?

is matter mind?
how does it all do and why?

you don't experience matter you experience the senses, matter is a way to conceptualize your experience

Its just the difference between electrons and protons/neutrons. Electrons are the mind, easily moved by minute forces, modulate light, but ultimately bound to the atoms they are part of. If you can convince the electrons and protons to move together, rather than separately, then mind and matter will be one and the same.

This.
"Matter" is just a scientific model used to predict the reproducible patterns that is occurring within the experiences. Don't mistake the map for the terrain.

There is only the mind and its experiences. The dualistic concept of "mind and matter" is an artificial illusion much like thinking things in a dream is separate from the dreamer.
The real question is, how does one start to dream lucidly.
