Multiple reasons. First is geography. If you were an alien, you would probably avoid populated areas and about 99.9% of these cameras. You would probably do your thing in the middle of an ocean or in the middle of a National Park. Another thing is exposure. A friend of mine took a video of one of the sky octopus aliens, and it turned out to basically be a super blurry dot with tentacles. Knowing him, I trust what he saw and the video backs it up. If you didnt know him it would just be a shitty blurry video of a dot in the sky. Also, it would make sense that an advanced species would try to avoid being seen and would have some type of cloaking/camouflage in place. Finally, an active cover-up exists regarding this technology and aliens. The MIB are a thing and human organizations actively clean up existing proof and videos.

If you are in Alaska during the winter, you will need a store of meat that will need to be preserved or processed in some form and it simply isn't practical to eat fresh, raw meat from specific animals.
