Yes weather affects behavior, you are right to call this out! Weather affects people and their behavior, people will be indoors and likely to stay on the tv/screens.

Ill be honest with you im not even sure what paranormal even means anymore, does saying something outlandish and vague yet predictable make it paranormal or is it our examination of structures without pattern and trying to find something?
Ive had "weird" experiences myself I wouldnt call them paranormal but spiritual, i felt a warmth in my entire body after praying desperately. Ive communicated with eldritch cube shaped angels in my dreams (they filled up quite a huge part of the sky, they must of been many kilometers long) (sickly pale and dripping black eye dripping black goo, no form of legs or anything) (I have never taken drugs) and been given messages about the nature of reality with no filter, everything is made of eyes even the people, the sky, the symbolism.
Ive met strangers in my dreams and had relationships, time seems to condense, i feel like i am there years, i raised a family in one, dreams are weird and why do we even sleep so long? My dreams are a joke.
In another one I was stuck in this Town, they called it "the place of the future" I have written a short book on it and my experiences in that dream since it was so odd, I awoke to some form of message in my vision in white chalk.
Another one I was walking down a corridor and a tv hanging by brackets on the wall, this thing got my attention, followed was horrible screeching sounds upon waking up like a phone to a modem like my head was being torn from my body. My sight was all static, thats all there was before cutting to black. I woke back up
and I never felt better.
