I am convinced people with lazy eye on NPCs. The more you look into the phenomena, the clearer it is that these people are so lazy they choose to not move their eyes appropriately.

In my proffesional opium i would say the spiritual implication of having a lazy eye means that you deviated from your souls journey through the lives youve lived so far. this is a consequense of making the wrong choices to many times even after the unoverse have warned you again and again manifesting in the form of a genetic anomaly. The fix for this is meditation, upon realising your mistake through meditation you should kill yourself and get ready for your next life.
