Permanent Time Travel Within This Timeline

Is it possible to shift your life to another time period but within the same timeline? I wish I was my current age and in my current situation 40 years ago, not now. I’m willing to do whatever spirit or energy work I need to do, I just don’t know where to begin.

quantum stuff can time travel, so it means anything can, because we're made of quantum stuff

I think you can choose two paths depending on your cosmovision, anon. A- Try to get out of the demiurge illusion and insert yourself in the past. B- find a way to go beyond light speed. Photons experience no time, and you could theoretically go back in time if you are able to surpass the light speed. Good luck.
