Fasting is a fucking meme. Unless you’re so fat that your body can use your obesity as an energy source, cold turkey restricting your calories little to nothing, your blood sugar/blood pressure is going to plummet if you engage in higher intensity workouts/cardio all week. Slight deficit is enough. You need fuel to perform physically.

What this anon said. If you struggle with fasting, try eating things that take your body longer to process, or lean meats with enough protein to hold you over. The more you do it, the easier it gets.

Make 'Snake Juice' Water, which is homemade electrolyte drink.
The recipe is
2L water
1 half teaspoon Magnesium Salt (Epsom salts)
1 half teaspoon Sodium Chloride
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon potassium chloride
Drink at least 2 bottles of that while fasting. It taste awful the closer you take it to a meal and becomes the most thirst quenching drink you'll ever experience the further you take it from meals.
Essentially your body stores a lot of minerals in its organs, and the only nutrient that really depletes rapidly is electrolytes which is covered by the snake juice.
I got this off a YouTuber Cole Robinson years ago, nowadays he preaches a non fasting diet, but look at his old videos of it interest you.
Another YouTuber is Atlas Powered Shrugged who does old school 'taboo' and unconventional weight lifting. He frequently fast and continues to work out regardless.

Drinking Snake Juice Water serves two purposes
It can stave off hunger real nice.
And it replenishes electrolytes.
I should warn you, though many sedentary faster commend black coffee as a fast friendly drink, it depletes electrolytes, which can be a disaster for the physically active, snake juice will offset this.
I feel Nicotine gum is also nice to slip into a fast easier, and regular water + Nicotine is a regular pre workout I use that seems to go just as well as gym vending machine drinks.
