ok anon, I will tell you what I know. before I do, it is up to you and other anons to go a look this stuff up and post here, not me. too lazy. additionally, I will claim to have been involved in gate as a child, did not pass initial assessment, joined the military unrelatedly, worked in the glowie/spook areas, and was provided the information I give you here from others involved in similar programs. my personal experience in this has me writing this to you on my day off, so consider my tone and the information I provide as to whether you believe it.

firstly, a discussion of picrel. when Itoh Satoshi wrote Genocidal Organ, he immediately raised the attention of professionals working in the fields of linguistics and semiotics at the national defense level. the reason for this was due to his correct assessment towards the capabilities to deliberately engineer the behavior of an individual through words alone, and by extension, entire populations. when made into the animated film, I will reiterate my claims that it made waves in the special forces communities, linguists, and specifically those involved in Neurolinguistic Programming. the film is highly recommended, and the english dub is quite good.

rigorous debate exists towards the sociocultural impact of the language areas of the brain. specifically, picrel and linkrel are related to speech production, and to a limited extent linguistic interpretation. understand- this does not mean only spoken words, but words read in text, and also images, music, and other communication channels making use of semiotics. languages are chemistry, semiotics are subatomic particles. in this manner, the antagonist of the Genocidal Organ story essentially uses semantic, semtiotic, linguistic, and other similar techniques to first map, then manipulate the language of a population, and therefore, their thoughts. this process essentially creates a type of programming in persons.

specific to my own experiences, I have experienced this type of programming and have seen others use theirs- in a tightly controlled environment. in the film, you will notice the protagonists going through extensive testing, medical treatment, and other safeguards and controls to ensure their own neurolinguistic programming does not cause unexpected situations, as evidenced when one soldier has to kill another due to the clandestine installation of a neurolinguistic program to cause the soldiers to kill each other to protect the protagonist.

the reason they were not required to disclose the fact that the liquid had trace measurements of those specific metals is that it was controlled under existing legal frameworks related to the allowable levels of aluminum and other metals in pre-existing goverment mandated vacciations related to typhoid, anthrax, etc... which are given to children already. the amounts of metals were, and are, in fact less than what one receives in a single dose of any approved vaccine on the market, including over the counter.

the completely valid and necessary uses of those previously mentioned metals are widely applied across other domains, and when the ethical requirements were evaluated for giving those to children, it was deemed safe, but also a public health necessity.

in my own experience, I had problems with stuttering and stilted speech at 2nd grade. when I was enrolled in speech classes, I was fed the same pink liquid which then caused me to shift towards pressured speech. this did in fact "fix" the problem with stuttering and stilted speech, more or less allowing my physical body to properly innervate the muscles which control vocalization. in other words, it unfucked my wires, made sure they grew correctly, and after that, I was a chatterbox. obviously.

specific to the GATE program, it was a behavioral and linguistic observation program to ensure children who were dosed with those pink liquids to see if "a smart child was inside" who was previously "boxed in" by speech problems, linguistic development issues, etc... additionally, children expressing linguistic and behavioral patterns conisistent with troubling behavior, i.e. fighting/lying/manipulation/etc... were identified based on pre-existing decades of research in child behavior through adulthood.

in conclusion, it is my claim, and experience, that the GATE program and pink liquid were used to ensure children were provided access to medical treatment in the same ethical category as free corrective eyewear, free wheelchairs, free hearing aids, etc... follow on monitoring of their speech development ensured the application of what was referred to as "minimum effective dosage" which referred to the requirement to only provide the minimum dosage to gain the required effect. for a comparison, the amount of gold foil on a piece of chocolate cake has millions of times more gold than the colloidal dosage- while being in a much smaller form. it ultimately boils down to nutrition deficiencies and providing the minimum to correct them. the general population usually gets these, and in the colloidal form, they more or less cross the blood brain barrier, and then diffuse in certain areas of the brain, affecting the electrical conductivity, and therefore the overall functioning of those aspects of the brain. as they grow, they would've already gotten those amounts of gold/silver/iridium/copper and pepto bismol, specifically the alkaline bismuth (antacid) environment makes use of a highly bioavailble pathway for the colloidal metals to rapidly enter the brain, sometimes in minutes. refer to similar concepts in Nixtamalization.

in the military context, soldiers and other similar persons are fully neurolinguistically programmed before a mission, allowing them to continue functioning mentally when they may be awake for several days on end. it is, in all respects, a mental alertness and memory control function. when a person stays awake for several days, they stop forming new memories, as one function of sleep is memory consolidation. additionally, they can forget, or at least lose access to, recently learned information. those two problems are of importance to independent clandestine operations in the field. don't forget the mission. don't get lost.

I mention Dr. Gallant precisely because he is *not* involved in any of this work. his work is in fact an independent discovery, albeit after others, using completely different technology. his approach can essentially "tap into" the signals of the brain up to a limit of the pixel resolution of an FMRI type machine. other approaches, and more expensive ones, are used to fully map the "linguistic terrain" of a person in the scanner, more or less creating a dictionary of all the words the person under observation know, not accessing the history of those conversations directly. that process, in addition to similar extractions of visual, smell, and other memory data creates a "mind map" of the subject.

in a processional context, this is called the "imagination library", meaning it represents the limit of the capability for imagination of the individual. for example, a person from the 1960s may have within their imagination library the concept of a computer so powerful it can run the world, although not one having yet been built, is within their imagination library. in our time, that same concept is expressed using different "props" and "set pieces" of our imagination library. these are the fundamental elements used by neurolinguistic programmers to make custom programs to control the minds of special forces operators, politicians with access to WMDs, certain business persons, etc... in a generally protective manner, meaning in the presence of a medical professional, and only for a narrow and pre-agreed to scope. i.e. don't install bloatware and spyware in their brains, only the programs agreed to.

ditto on most of it. they had to add a lot of exposition in sections to explain stuff to the audience. I also thought it was funny that the linguist they had him meet was a jewish woman. those people are famous for language manipulation and literally wrote the book on how to do most of this stuff.

again, most if not all this "tech" is just modernized versions of old time technniques. it used to be that a new ruler would be put through a ritual of fasting and sleep deprivation in addition to a cocktail of various hallucinogenic drugs to pass a spirit test and receive programming from the temple priests. today, a head of state with access to WMDs gets a tasty drink, watches some movies while hooked up to a scanner, all the while a team of linguists and doctors design a specific set of phrases and images to neurolinguistically program that head of state. those programs can involve the exact procedure to launch nuclear weapons, for example. in those situations, even the deviation of a single word in a specific phrase in a procedure can run the risk of failure, and as such requires a semi-dream state to be employed to the individual, creating a sort of manchurian candidate level of self control in those situations, in addition to if that head of state hears a particular set of activation words in an emergency, they will act out of what is referred to as "autonomic programming" in contrast to their normal conscious self control. that autonomous mode is similar to how we sort of zone out during driving.

GATE and similar programs monitor that, but the degree to which that follows them into adulthood is very slim. more often than not, being in GATE meant that you may in fact have had some minor brain defects, or conversely, just need some supplements to ensure proper growth- again, essentially a nutritional issue similar to iodine, magnesium, calcium, etc... which may not be present in the child's diet for whatever reason.

I didn't like the movie very much because of how the characters and their relationships between each other played out in regards to the things and the situations that was happening around them.

In other words, I wasn't interested in the concepts and things that the anime was discussing in of itself, but moreso the people and their human natures, and how they responded to other people and the things and situations that was unfolding in the story as a whole.

I thought the characters were really lame and uninspiring, and I thought the story they found themselves in was really lame and uninspiring. I thought the author of this story was lame and uninspiring for writing it this way as it was. It's so uninspiring in fact, it makes me feel inspired. Inspired to be better than all of that uninspired and lame crap if I am able too. Gosh that movie was so gay.
