When you need a boost of yang energy, visualize it while chanting tiwaz over and over.

It's very similar to the Vel spear symbol
and both can be used for achieving victory or the destruction of evil, there's a relation
I wonder if the nazis knew something, they also visited Tibet (1938–1939 expedition led by Ernst Schäfer)

I tell you this because we actually know very little about runes

I read somewhere that the ancient hindu sages literally had vision quests where the saw the exact image corresponding to the sounds of sanskrit.
I wonder if the runes were the nordic version of that

this. they just change into a different name or different form. just like how empires never really go away (e.g. the roman empire becoming the church)

Sorry, this was a huge mental fart. I'm reading Savitri Devi, and I confused Hinduism and Buddhism for a second, but Hinduism comes from the aryan Indo-European religion, so it's the same. The spear/arrow is a powerful symbol
I'm reading so many different sources, I get confused sometimes lol

Unironically, try to understand "energy" first. If you learn a little bit of tai chi (or Qigong), you will learn to "feel" energy.
I know it seems like I'm misguiding you, but it's the best way to learn about how energy, mana, or ki moves through your body. It doesn't have to be a religious experience; even post-modern nihilistic liberals use tai chi for relaxation. Now, once have a basic idea, you can do something like this >>41311646
If you visualize the tiwaz rune without any idea of how energy moves through your body, it's probably not going to work
The rune was important because back then, symbol/word = action
The spiritual world was ever-present in our reality, and actions are reflections of a higher power. In the modern world, that's not the case

One method I employ is chanting three variations of His name in repetition: Tiw, Ziu, Tyr. It has both a meditative, calming effect, and bolsters the mind and spirit towards an ascending, high-minded nobility.

I've used His rune as a blessing, on myself, others and locations. Even banished a grey ayy with it.

>is tiw and ziu phonetic
Yes. The I in both names is pronounced like a double ee, the W in Tiw spoken like an U. T-ee-u, basically. Ziu is the same, except, well, a Z in place of the T. Hope that helps.
