/TI/Gaslighting-Gangstalking/
This is another TI thread, meant to be a companion to the gangstalking one that is regularly posted. We talk a lot about the gangstalking. While the gangstalking does happen and worth discussing, I rarely see the gaslighting / psychological warfare aspects of the phenomenon brought up. Yet when it is, a lot of people find it interesting. So, ITT we discuss the gaslighting aspect of the TI phenomenon's experience.

Gangstalking is definitely unnerving or even dangerous, but it's this stuff that leaves the lasting damage, the reason why you slowly became more paranoid about *everything*, why you may be questioning your own intuition or self-agency, or any other aspect of your being that can be manipulated.

There is a lot of overlap with this phenomena and mental disorders as this phenomena tends to be so corrosive to one's wellbeing that disorders very easily begin to appearing after a few years, as it feeds into every paranoid wondering and pang of anxiety while simultaneously distracting and suppressing your awareness of alternate explanations, exploiting gaps in your perceptions or any evidence to the contrary to their narratives. The purpose of all this is to keep you distracted from the details of your life, so your relationships rot, your health rots, your mental wellness rots, everything rots so slowly it's hard to even notice. Especially with them keeping you wrapped up in the petty circular arguments they love to incite.

Please share what you've learned, or discuss whatever it is they're doing at the current moment. If anything, this could be used to vent, lol. Lord knows it helps.

Gonna start this off by posting some long-winded thoughts, some text dumps and resources, and some explanations of things that more and more people are realizing about this phenomenon.

We don't know many specifics or have hard evidence beyond some audio recordings of these disembodied voices we all experience, so take this all with a heap of salt. Look to compare these experiences up against your own, see if anything stands out as eerily similar.

While they go out of their way to obfuscate every detail about themselves, observing how they behave for long enough nets some very interesting patterns, patterns that seem a near constant across every TI i've come across online and talked to. While one might believe it's supernatural and another thinks it's alien ghosts, they all agree that gaslighting is happening for one reason or another, and that is both incredibly hard to circumvent and ignore, and incredibly eroding at times.

Debunking a lot of the spooky airs around how this thing is done to us. No specifics are known but a lot of people smarter than me have worked out what it could be.

Disrupting their narrative - Counterstorytelling and reframing - They love narrative control, so take that away from them. Retake the story of your life and define it on your terms, no matter how badly they try to get you to seek their approval.

How to tell if you are a TI
> Far too many of us ending up thinking we're just having hallucinations because that's what everyone says it is, and far too many people who have a genuine mental illness beginning to manifest bumping into a TI thread and accepting this as the explanation, never getting the treatment they need. There's a lot of really unfortunate overlap. This one drove them absolutely berzerk all throughout writing it. Every physical effect under the sun all at once. But, worth it. Y'all deserve better.

Lastly, I wanted to reply to a post at the end of the last thread before it went archived:

my opinion is this IS what schizophrenia is. I tried explaining to my psychologist/psychiatrist all the evidence I had about it being inflicted on us by an external source, and they were mind controlled out of understanding what I was telling them, I shit you not. I do not believe this is being done to us by humans. Either way though, it's definitely an AI system.

They aren't being mind controlled. It's just such a hard fucking leap for an average person that knows nothing of the TI phenomenon, that some shady ass group is out there fucking with thousands of people remotely in ways that imitate schizophrenia and other mental disorders. Like me saying that, even I have to take a step back and acknowledge how ridiculous of a cope that sounds. Any sane person is going to say that it's just us going mental, and I can't even fault them for it. I wrote a whole thing about how to tell the two apart, so maybe that will help you with your doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jrHSuvCXnidYaKK203tA6w8lWxucpAThH2OudFFXrdQ/edit?usp=drive_link

This thing was built with the explicit first goal of being hard to detect and failing that, impossible to prove the existence of, short of being directly involved.

But yes, it has to be some kind of AI thing. That much is a foregone conclusion in my mind. It reacts too fast, and knows each person too well on a deep personal level (while their understanding of each person seems to reach only a few years back), indicating each TI has an AI-based speaker trained on info on each specific person, chattering away moment after moment, with a real human chiming in here and there, adjusting parameters as needed, giving new narratives for the AI to follow and push, etc.

For anyone wondering what they're experiencing is, what you're experiencing goes by a lot of other names. Remote neural monitoring. Surveillance Stalking. Electronic gangstalking. Targeted individuals. Electronic harassment.

For a lot of people here it seems to be tempting to think it is either a religious or supernatural thing, or even extraterrestrial. I'm here to pop that bubble. As much sense as that explanation might make to you, it is a red herring.

First, the obvious. There are clear differences between this and mental illness. I go in depth about it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jrHSuvCXnidYaKK203tA6w8lWxucpAThH2OudFFXrdQ/edit?usp=drive_link
(Also, this is rather clear-minded writing for someone that surely must have schizophrenia, innit?)

Second, the others. It isn't a religious thing. If you are religious person, whoever does the voice projection will 100% focus in on that, imitate religiousity in ways that twist your beliefs. On the other hand, for the secular ones among us, they tend to inflict effects in order to fake the symptoms of mental illness as described in the doc above. They watch for patterns in what you weakly and strongly believe in, figure out what can be exploited in a manner that would destabilize your life and relationships, discredit you if need be, and eventually break everything good in your life.

For me, since i'm not religious, it was years of them projecting the voices of my family at the wall separating my room from the living room, saying they're watching me and criticizing everything I do. I sometimes wonder if because I didn't have any beliefs that could be manipulated, it really didn't work out in their favor, and here I am now spilling everything I know about this thing.

Hope that helps. Your situation is not as hopeless as it seems, folks. Knowledge is power.
