Changes after NoBrushmaxxing
TL;DR: I experienced weird and interesting spiritual affects from not brushing my teeth, and want to know why

I saw people on here talking about how toothpaste contains parabens and other chemicals which lower testosterone and IQ. After researching the topic I decided that I could experiment with avoiding toothpaste for a week, especially since I don't eat much sugar anyways. I also decided that I would try to spend most of these days meditating, reading and spending time in nature.

On day 1 I felt a little more energetic yet calm but I had simply attributed this to being out in nature and getting exercise and a good diet.

On day 2 I felt the same but more so, though when I went to sleep I had really vivid dreams about something that I don't really know if I could properly explain here. But when I woke up on day 3 I felt like I had the answers to a lot of problems in my life and experienced a lot of clarity.

On day 3 after that I noticed that I was able to read for hours and didn't ever feel bored. I was able to run in the woods without feeling exhausted.

Day 4 was when the spiritual affects started to take place. When I meditated within moments I felt an ecstatic feeling throughout my body, and then I felt it reach my soul too. I entered into this trance for a good 30 minutes or so (hard to tell since I had no feeling of time). When I stopped I felt sort of a refreshing feeling as if all the leftover stress over all my years of living had just disappeared.

On day 5 when I meditated I felt the same thing but better, and it felt like my soul/conscious/whatever was expanding. After a while of this I felt something surreal. Like I was the fabric of the entire universe. Aside from meditation I felt more complacent in just doing whatever. I had less desire or boredom.

On day 6 I experienced the same thing when meditating except I felt my physical body expand too. Throughout the day I didn't just feel ok but happy? Like not normal happiness but ecstatic calmness, tranquility and peace.

On day 7 I meditated and went into this state of nothingness very quickly. I couldn't even begin to describe it beyond that. But throughout the day I felt really peaceful. Just an overwhelming feeling of satisfaction and relief. I felt free.

After the week was over I went back to my normal life and as I started brushing again I very quickly went back to normal. I think I might do NoBrush forever and just use charcoal or saltwater as a replacement.

What caused this? Has anything like this happened to you?

Fluoride destroys your pineal gland (3rd eye) and it's in every toothpaste.

The type of toothpaste I used before had no fluoride. You can get it at walmart nowadays.

Same bro. It's almost like reducing these harmful chemicals in our bodies makes us feel better.
Anonymous No.41334978 >>41335018
it's such a shame too, because the idea of toothpaste is great. Put some shit in your mouth, smear it around with a brush and boom now it's clean. but they had to fill it with superaids so now when you use it you get erectile dysfunction and possibly autism (unconfirmed, but still). Jews truly ruin everything

i haven't brushed my teeth in years and never experienced any of this shit

I kind of feel like the reasons they made brushing teeth popular are to prime kids into thinking it's normal to jerk guys off (ritualistic hand motion) and that putting fallic objects in your mouth is cool actually.

A colleague of mine eats utter garbage all day every day, an extremely varied diet of any foods he can find expiring soon at a reduced cost.

He brushes his teeth once or twice per month and his teeth look excellent, he's full of life at 50 years of age and seems to be unshakable mentally.

Yes, though sometimes I also just drink river water

I was wondering if that could have been the correlation for both of you, because of the fluoride added to tap water.

I never really given consideration that the fluoride and third eye calcification was a real thing.

It may be time I conduct my own experiment.

I mean yeah ultimately, if you're skeptical give it a try, you can always go back to brushfagging eventually if you don't like it

If your pineal gland is already destroyed then what's the point of switching to a fluoride-free paste? Unless it regenerates over time

Lucky you to be able to drink from a natural body of water. I read somewhere that water not from the tap contains more iodine that helps neutralize fluoride. This is why table salt is iodized salt. its there to prevent everyone from developing goiters. It could be the lack of fluoride as well as actually meditating that let you experience what you did. Keep at it.

Fluoride doesn't destroy your pineal gland; it calcifies it.

For me, it’s no shower, no wiping, and no soap.

>day 1
>women within a 5km radius begin ovulating and moving towards my position
>day 2
>gain flight, x ray vision, super strength, and near invincibility
>day 3
>god emperor of the world, can manifest things into reality at will

It all came to an end once someone combined the above method with 1000 days no-fap, but it was fun while it lasted.

It seems like based on those posts a more appropriate analogy for that anon's statement would be "once a bright light has blinded me, what further harm could it cause?"
If you want to refute the posts, actually refute them. Metaphor isn't your strong suit.

I was using the appropriate metaphor. Yours would be appropriate if ingesting fluoride once would make you completely braindead. let's switch fluoride for lead, and your analogy sounds retarded

hard to say since you have many confounding variables (meditated, went out into nature, good exercise and food). i don't brush and i feel miserable all the time. i also live in one of the biggest cities in the world, LA, where there are toxins, microplastics, brake dust, smog, everywhere. even if i successfully avoid the perils of brushing teeth, i'm fucked by other negative stuff.

but yes going to the beach does make me feel better. unfortunately i don't go often.

the last time this copypasta was posted there was a short guide about how you can start an elimination diet to minimize plaque growth and candida/thrush/white stuff on tongue buildup. basically no brush but more than that everybody has potential food intolerances to relatively common foods. foods that would not cause candida build up in others. not just goyslop vs grass fed
