1. Imagine a medium sized metal marble rolling on a giant bowl, but with friction so it gained speed faster.
2. The objective is to draw from the lower half of your body, up to the head, while simultaneously converting that power into a mental process using the brain.
3. Imagine the marble and part of the bowl in space out in front, and use it to help you orientate your lower body draw and brain process move.

sure it is, im sure there's no old programmer out there who treats his mind like a computer oh wait that sounds exactly like my granpa. you MIGHT be the first to popularize it but honestly there's probably at least 5 books (albeit obscure) out there that have the exact idea of mind computer.
