There is no dark skin human like aliens. The two aliens close in appearance to us are the nordic aliens and then the tall white aliens. After these two the other aliens that made contact are animal human hybrids,androids and insectoid aliens.

Ive encountered both dvergar but also Alfar which were pale and jet black skinned. They also werent shaoeshifters or trying to show themselves disingenuous.
The dvergar just felt different. They were smaller but also didnt feel the same as fae. The Alfar were more serious, cold, elevated and aloof. Fae were capricious. It cant really be generalised on an individual basis (since a serious Alfar can also be jolly) but those were the general impressions.

Aliens evolved to look a certain way because of their environment, just like humans. Their biology reflects their evolutionary environment.

Skin color in humans typically reflects distance from the equator, and the shift of each season becomes more extreme the farther you get away from the equator (harsher winters), so a strong theory about white people versus black people is that we necessarily had to plan and organize for a winter due to food scarcity. This is presumably why Europeans saw the most success in terms of civilizational and cultural achievements: farming, architecture, government, language, etc. Notably, space programs came out of white countries.

So applying that to aliens, we can expect that the species that reaches us has an evolutionary history that selected for technological problem solving. Seasons beget that sort of adaptation, so odds are a humanoid alien with advanced technology is light-skinned.

I would speculate that advanced dark-skinned alien species probably lurk in underground oceans or caves, and therefore they’re much less likely to be explorers of the cosmos.

Semi-related: animals often follow this pattern, too. There was a study on the domestication of foxes, and when they were selectively bred for prosocial behaviours, the foxes began to change in other ways: more vocalization and, critically, less melanin in their skin.

I've gone to a pleiadian world, and while most of the people I saw were white, I did find a black person. I was going out into the wilderness there, and found a lake. There were giant reptilian esq creatures living in the water, which I was afraid of. I saw a black man with very dark skin in the water with them, and he beckoned me towards him. He was not afraid of them, and was able to commune with them as if they were large pets.
I've also seen Chinese people traveling in starships. I saw Xi Jinping on the bridge of a starship traveling to here from Cassiopeia.
When I traveled to Arcturus once, I landed and the two aliens I met there had dark skin, they were humanoid, but not human, in appearance. Tall lanky bodies with long arms, hands with 3 long fingers, large heads.
I can't say black people have been common sights, but I have seen them.
I'd say that perhaps black starseeds would have a better understanding of it than I do, and would expect them to resonate more with what black interdimensional consciousness is up to.
They don't seem to self report this type of stuff all that much, unless they are hoteps, which aren't particularly convincing to me.
I think skin color is an expression of what star you live around. A space fairing race would have to leave the comforts of planetary living and the closeness to the stars they evolved near, white skin or albinism would be a natural consequence of living in space over many generations.

One came to me that actually looks a Yakub, but the eyes look like P Diddy's. He had a large head like Yakub, but had ridges on it. There are better looking ones that are pure black like the alien in Under The Skin, but I haven't seen one.

I will preface this by saying I have no hate or malice towards anyone based on race.
With that being said, I understand how seeing a person of a different race can cause feeling of discomfort if your the first of your line to be in close proximity.
Different races have different smells, different physiognomy, different bodily intelligence's.
So too do different individual bodies, but the differences can become drastic depending on the level of abstraction.
I don't know what the root of all the different races is, aside from maybe adaptation (which I somewhat believe in, but not in a Darwinian framework)
