I can confirm that soulmates and twin flames are definitely different. Hate on the name if you want, but they are on completely different levels.
When you actually have one it's extremely easy to tell apart. What if I met my twinflame but after 9 years I can't forget him.
We've met, shared an intense 8 month relationship and then split, reunited and split again for good. We've kept in contact, like, texting once a year but nothing came to fruition.
