Even if this object is just a rock, you should still be concerned on how the flow of information is being controlled. The event is large enough to cause the IAWN to launch a campaign through the MPEC(IAU). These are UN-backed organizations. (Keep in mind IAWN has never had an official announcement, instead it was buried on page 142 of an MPEC publication)

It was known that the best observations would occur when C/2025 N1 passed by Mars on October 3rd at a distance of 0.2 AU. We can correlate major agencies’ silence globally to this date as no additional publications have followed. ESA is the only agency to provide an image from this pass, which was barely an image due to the instrument’s limitations (not mentioning the embargoed data we still cannot access).

There are enough observed variances between JPL’s projected trajectory to our observed positioning to speculate a change in the object’s predicted speed/direction/etc. Which brings us to our current situation: Confirming a change in trajectory, which is set for October 31st.

I also found that we have other instruments that are still very capable of providing data: Parker Space Probe (PSP) and Chandra. This information is also being withheld under the guise of a government shutdown (even though we’ve seen other NASA-related publications during this time).

I am not giving credit to CMEs and 3I interactions as I could not find enough evidence to support this claim. Still worth watching due to possible data manipulation.
