Two guys like in OP, and ho made millions and made movies, should be marrying hot California babes and having kids. The fact they aren’t is an indication that something is direly wrong. In their case I’d imagine it was a punishment for their telling of secrets, Bruce genner was a right leaning guy, that’s why he got punished, but it was also a rumor for a while. For example, the South Park guys who famously cross dressed on acid at the Emmy’s or whatever, they’d be a target for transing, since they’ve appeared like that before, and have released secrets in their show.
I get a very strong feeling that Bruce genner was approached and they said “season 12 of kardashians, either Bruce dies, or Bruce becomes trans” and he went trans. He didn’t seem to want to get bottom surgery either.
